”The flowers are starting to bloom on the property and the view of the Grand Valley and Grand Mesa are gorgeous. We also love it's close proximity to the Colorado National Monument.”

”We loved being close to downtown. This place was clean and quiet. We were within walking distace from restaurants, coffee and shopping. There is a brewery right next door that we enjoyed. It was a great place for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.”

”The Perch is a lovely place to relax and enjoy all that Palisade has to offer. Direct access to the River Bend Park Trail, close to wineries and a lovely patio to enjoy sunset. Cameron went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.”

”We only stayed for a night on our way somewhere else but this was the perfect place for my friends and I to land after a long day of travel. It was cute, well-maintained and cozy. Nice and quiet during the night for us to get some much needed rest. We stayed here on our way to Denver for a vacation (and subsequently another VRBO) and we kept saying we wished that the one we had stayed in for longer than one night was our Fruita VRBO because of how perfect it was. ”Apparently there may be multiple units available. Great location convenient to the Hwy., Colorado National Monument, and the rest of Gran Junction and Palisade. I gave it 5 stars and would stay again, but here are the negative things to know. You will sink into the couch. Visio TV so it may take a few minutes to figure out its operation. Bed is firm. Wife loved, but I'm a plush guy. Bedroom HVAC unit makes a little noise. But #1 negative is the back wall of the bedroom is thin. We could here...

”Great, quiet location with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tom was very responsive to our questions. Would not hesitate staying here again.”

”You access the apartment by going thru the garage, and up stairs- the place was clean, cute, and comfortable- we were there to see my son graduate from CMU, and we walked to the stadium which was perfect. We left our car in the garage, and didnt have to worry about graduation parking since it was only about 5 blocks. We loved it, but if you are elderly, or have mobility limitations, the steps might be a bit difficult to get up and down as they are a bit steep and narrow- when carrying a suitcase”

”This property was about 25 minutes from the race start. There were a lot of food choices close within walking distance. It was the perfect place to stay for the race.”

”Location of the property was great. Really close to downtown and restaurants. Booking, check-in, communication with the owner all were super easy and so nice. Questions answered quickly. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with toiletries and even Starbucks k-cups snd cream! The only constructive criticism we had was that the air conditioner unit was really loud within the space. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Would stay here again.”

”It was all good but the temperature in the room was never very comfortable. It was very hot outside and the cooler in the room was not able to keep up. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. Keurig coffee pot is perfect for one or two people. Microwave and small dorm fridge tucked out of sight. The view is beautiful, and there were deer in the yard every night.”
