”Hotel area was great. We loved the room category- ocean front king. Staff were amazing!! Some concerns though- Hotel needs to invest in grocery carts for when people arrive with groceries and luggage. The only racks available were luggage racks. Also- we were not impressed with the poor state of the hotel towels around the pool. They were more like rags than towels. ”This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. ”I loved this hotel !! This will be our go to hotel for Myrtle Beach!! The room was very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, long hallway, and great view from living room and the balcony !!! Will definitely be back as soon as possible ! The customer service was also chefs kiss , quick response time also. Right through text messaging. Anything we needed was a text away. Room was fully equipped with kitchen supplies, washing machine and dryer also.”
