”We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise! Also, there was a pool specifically for our development, so not crowded, and another beach access with restrooms within 0.35 miles (again per my Apple Watch). ”Clean, beautiful beach villa with lovely views of the marsh and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative part was the two hour check-in at the Litchfield main office - ugh! But, overall, my family and I enjoyed our time immensely: jumping in the waves, swimming, and bike riding every day.”
