”Nice location. Nice room. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Fire alarm went off at 7:02 am for 10 mins. We all came outside and no one gave us any instructions. We waited and returned to our rooms. Also there were little bugs on the floor. Needless to say no luggage or bags were left on the floor. But then again, It's a beach hotel! Very nice. ”

”Didn’t know about computer check in-seemed weird to me Requested towels online…never received any, went to desk to ask and was told Room 109 was “hospitality room” and to go get whatever I needed. That was ok, but would have been nice to know initially. Grab and go breakfast was nice Beach accessibility was great ”

”Staff was amazing and super friendly. The location was great, vew from the balcony was perfect. Courtesy breakfast was very good. The room itself was absolutely adorable! The only negative was the bathroom. It was typical hotel bathroom, nicely stocked & clean. It was just dated & could use an update. Water pressure was not strong. No hotel is perfect, but this one felt welcoming & comfortable. We have all intentions of staying here again when visiting the area. ”

”This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks and we chose to stay at Sea Scape. At first we were unsure as the property is older and although well-maintained, not as flashy as some other places on the island.
