I needed a very affordable but safe place to retreat to from my caretaking duties at someone's else's home 20 min away. It was AC equipped, good bed, 1/2 bath worked fine [showered somewhere else] & little fridge had drinks in it. I fashioned some shades for privacy, but i did not use the coffe maker ...
