”The property is dated and needs some updating, but the room was decent and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast food seemed like it was taken and heated up out of a box. The property is super close to restaurants and not too far from hocking hills, so there is a lot to do nearby. It seems a little expensive for what you get, but with the cost of living nowadays, it’s a decent place to stay.”

”The hotel is very well located in downtown Lancaster and close enough to Columbus and Hockinghills state park. The rooms are clean. Breakfast spread is nice and housekeeping is daily.”

”The location was very good for our purposes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The bathtub was dirty and a small pile of dirt behind the door. We decided to skip using the tub area during our stay.”

”I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

”They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation.
However, when we arrived at the property around 11:30 PM, the staff informed us that they had already given our room to someone else and laughed in my face. I requested them if they could provide me...
