”The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

”The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.”

”The cottage is very cosy with everything you need. It's close to all amenities and the train station but quiet and private. Communication with the host Claire was excellent and clear and she was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a really relaxing stay here recharging my batteries after Xmas!”

”Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Farmgelände, so dass man ein bisschen ins Farmleben integriert ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich mit schönem Außenbereich, der Besitzer und Familienmitglieder sehr nett. Die Farm liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Wadhurst, es ist sehr ruhig.”

”A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by.”

”We had a lovely stay in this cottage. We had easy access to Faversham and Sittingbourne and there were many footpaths available for walks with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and all the rooms were tastefully furnished. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend it. ”

”The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is.”

”Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. ”Das kleine Haus mit einem schönen Wintergarten liegt in der Nähe zahlreicher interessanter Parks und Schlösser und relativ nah beim Flughafen Gatwick. Das Haus befindet sich an einer Durchgangsstraße. Im Ort fußläufig drei Pubs mit gutem Essen, kleiner Laden und Post Office in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen möglichen Geräten (ohne Spülmaschine, aber im Urlaub isst man ja sowieso eher auswärts). Reich dekorierte Innenausstattung, kleines Bad mit Dusche...

”We stayed 4 nights and would stay again. The decor and atmosphere was trendy, youthful and chill and everywhere was clean. The staff were genuinely friendly. The only downside was the mattress on the bed, which wasn't very firm. However, we slept well. Blackout curtains worked as advertised. The location is excellent.
