The proximity and access to Higgins Lake was again just right. On the morning of our departure, we were already discussing our return visit. All in all, Jillian and the cottage were perfect! ”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! We rented a pontoon boat and there was a mooring in place so we didn’t need to bring our own. There were plenty of inside and outside games/toys to keep everyone occupied. The neighborhood was...

”House was nice and clean with plenty of beds. Lots of outdoor space and plenty of parking for guys golf trip. Just needs a larger kitchen table or table in the finished basement.”

”Such a cute cottage. Sleeps 6 an up comfortably. Beds are very comfy! Very clean, lots of great features, kayaks, fire pit, grill, dock, beach and so many fun things in the area. We enjoyed playing cards and games on the big kitchen table and hanging out by the lake.”

”The cottage is in a great location, check in and parking is easy. The listing said it had a laundry (washer/dryer) it does not. The host was great and organized a pick-up and drop-off for laundry service to make up for the lack of onsite laundry, they were very professional and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is a little unorganized but has everything you need. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. Overall a great stay. ”
