Thank you for staying with us. We know our elevator is loud, but is perfectly safe and inspected regularly. It is also on a jack the goes up and down, so no cables for the free fall effect. We keep it at 70 degrees, probably cold for some, to warm for others. We will take your suggestions under consideration, and visit with other guests to see if we get the same outcome on their feedback. We are sorry about the hot tub not being completed with the renovation, but are happy we could re open the pool and gym. Unfortunately, the new pumps are not working and it may be down awhile. We hope you did swim in our beautiful salt water pool, it is 84-86 degrees. Thank you for staying with us. Hopefully on your next visit, it will be reopened.

We are so sorry you only saw the pictures of our pool and missed the under renovation on the amenities page for the 3rd party you booked through. Our pool has been listed not available since august of 2023 for the timeline of our remodel. We look forward to it opening as well.
