”Easy check in clean room I asked for a room with a plug socket next to the bed and to be fair they gave me one so it was my second stay in 3 weeks and excellent all around whenever I go back to Leicster I’m going back to best western Oadby ”

”We had a fabulous night's stay. Our only issue was that the roll-top bath was a little to high for us oldies to climb over to get to the shower.”

”The whole unit was exactly as described and expected. Self contained with kettle, fridge and microwave(bonus!). Lovely quiet village area. Very comfortable bed and great ensuite bathroom with excellent and powerful shower cubicle. An optional help yourself breakfast facility is a new concept which we didnt use this time, but thought a great idea. We would definitely stay again as the price is very competitive. One small suggestion would be for a choice of some deeper pillows maybe?”

”Lovely hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had the family suite which was amazing. Lacked coathangers but other than that it was fantastic. Breakfast was gorgeous and we ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

”The rooms made the stay special. Everything you need provided , from a hairdryer to an iron and ironing board . ”

”Historic old building in a beautiful setting. Quirky but relaxing and the outdoor spa is an amazing experience. Clean comfortable room. No refrigerator though. I was in a newer extension towards the rear of the hotel and the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the extractor fans from the bathrooms around me. But zero traffic noise.”

”Friendly welcome, clean tidy room, no smells, two small spiders. Comfy bed, nice hot shower. Breakfast was excellent, good choice.”

”As always the staff are welcoming, friendly, personal and professional. The room was spatious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast : delicious. I’ve now stayed at the Dixie around 14 times!! Highly recommend.”
