”We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great.”

”Stayed in a suite room for 6 persons. The room was pretty, spacious and comfortable. The only problem was related with the sofabed that underneath we found garbage, but was mentioned to the personnel and was resolved.”

”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, after checking in I found the previous occupant's socks next to the bed which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. Then guest in the next room had a party and yelled swear words at frequent intervals, and the party lasted until after midnight. I sent a message to the staff but never got a response. ”1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get.”
