”Stay was great”

”My trip went perfect from entry to exit…. I didn’t mind the $ Valet parking, but a $ destination fee? Did I visit Los Vegas and not know it? Vegas does all them hidden fees to make up for COVID-19 loses…. That’s why I do not visit Vegas anymore! I’ll be checking my other Marriott’s, before I stay! Texas was FREE and that was a 1/4 mile from Dallas Fort Worth Airport..”

”The staff were super nice and helpful. The room is another story. I was in floor 8, the shower kept leaking the entire stay, the bathroom sink faucet leaked everything we used it. The chair looked like it was attacked by many cats. The bathroom didn’t have a lock.”

”From the outside, the property looks perfectly acceptable, but once one gets closer to the room, it’s a trash pit. The sidewalk, stairs and walkway to the room was littered with trash. There was a half full bottle of Gatorade pushed into the outside corner of the room, and for the 3 days we were there it never moved. The room was a mess. ”Great location for family visit. Friendly helpful front desk staff. It was quiet! Clean room & appreciated the kitchen. Did not like paying for parking. Water faucets could be tightened as too much water is being wasted, in the shower especially. Bathroom air vent needs a serious cleaning. My stay was great.”

”We stayed only one night since we went to a concert at the verizon amphitheater. The room was nice&clean, airco was quiet and the breakfast buffet was great. The breakfast included fresh fruit, different cereals & yogurts, waffel station, different eggs, porridge etc. There is really nothing close to the hotel but you can drive 10min to a nice mall.”

”Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

”The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.”

”When I booked the hotel it was saying that property has a pool and jacuzzi, but wasn't there. Really disappointed ,especially if you have kids.”

”The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff.
