”First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security. Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable. There were also...

”This hotel was my favorite. Tge location is excellent. This time I did not like their breakfast. Not much choices. Their parking is pretty safe. It is under ground garage parking. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. ”

”Amazing experience, this hotel has everything you need the staff was so amazing and helped me to get everything settled. The staff was very friendly. The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed. ”We love staying here. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing especially Francisco. He was great and I’d liked that the pool was clean. I wished that the pool was heated because it was cold but other than that it was amazing. The hot tub is definitely a plus.”

”We stayed only one night since we went to a concert at the verizon amphitheater. The room was nice&clean, airco was quiet and the breakfast buffet was great. The breakfast included fresh fruit, different cereals & yogurts, waffel station, different eggs, porridge etc. There is really nothing close to the hotel but you can drive 10min to a nice mall.”

”I booked a 2 queen bed & 1 soda bed suite. The suite was nice inside. The queen beds were comfortable. However, the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. You can feel the metal frame that holds it. The shower faucet also had a minor leak. Be aware that the A/C (cold air) doesn’t really work well.
