Room was clean, but dated. Sadly, the air conditioning did not work at all even after we had someone come take a look and supposedly fixed it. It was 74 degrees in the room at all times for two days. The house was the perfect size for our large family. The kitchen could use a few more utensils(can opener, colander) but we made do. Plenty of room. Host was very prompt answering questions & a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
