The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Staff were very friendly, they offer 25% off treatments at this time of year. Had the gym to myself. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Was ok. Our room wasnât available for some reason and we got put in a disabled access room. Didnât bother us too much but can see why it would bother others with the bathroom and toilet.
