”Parking was easy and secure. Everything was within walking distance. This hotel has a cabin feel. We really enjoyed our stay and have stayed here on two occasions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”The room we reserved was very clean, spacious and easy to get to. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pricing for a room with a king sized bed and basic necessities was very fair. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.”

”We had an issue with the internet connection I asked the front desk ten times and they told it gets not connection in the rooms when is too busy and some computers are not compatible with their internet, I also told them that the tv didn’t hve internet so definitely something with that room that they need it to check, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. We work remote so this wasn’t a good ex for us. ”

”Dried blood on sheets. Staff cleaned bathroom on first day, but never remade the beds.”

”Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!”

”Parking was convenient, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and an absolute joy. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Great hotel, close to downtown and the park. ”

”Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus! ”

”Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.”

”You really do get what you pay for. Not the best condition hotel. Very outdated. Rooms had a smell in them. ”

”It definitely looks nicer in the photos, bit most places do. Breakfast was great with lots of choices-waffles were amazing! The beds were pretty comfy. You can tell remodeling was done recently and things looked nice. The only real qualm would be the air conditioner noise. It was super loud! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a nice place to lay our head. ”

”I have stayed here a number of times with my daughter and it is perfect for us. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg (although there are a lot of steps on the way back!) and far enough for a wonderful view of the Mountain scenery. I recommend it highly. ”

”Our room was clean. It seemed to be somewhat newly updated but the bathroom fixtures were thrown together and badly needed work. The beds kind of sucked. We watched all the outdoor light fixtures constantly flicker. The location and price was great! Easy parking and walk to main attractions. ”

”The room was clean, but the shower drain was broken and came up everytime you stepped on it, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the shower handle would come off everytime you turned the water on. I do like the contactless check in and out but it would still be nice to see someone on the property for emergencies or anything else that might come up. Overall the room was nice and the bed was super comfy.”
