”Very clean and pretty hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Romanian young man working the front desk gave us some great recommendations for dining, help us with our luggage, and gave us a tour of the room. Need to know: there are no elevators at this hotel and there are 2 floors. Pros: towel warmers in bathroom, double shower, fireplace, mini fridge, great breakfast in am from 7-9. The area "West Yellowstone" is small and there are not a ton of options for dining. The prices are high....

The room was beautifully appointed and had everything we could ask for including space, comfort and amenities. A lot of care was taken to make this space feel like an home away from home. ”

”We stayed one night, and the staff was AWESOME! But our bed was broken, sink sprayed water off the side and shower made loud noises. We were excited for the indoor pool, as it was in the 30’s outside, but it wasn’t heated. Hotel was decorated with tons of wildlife, which was very cool to see! And the staff gave great recommendations for where to shop and eat nearby.”

”This place was a 10 out of 10, couldn’t ask for a cozier more comfortable laid-back and relaxed place to stay during my time in West Yellowstone. The staff was super friendly, always available, and very knowledgeable about the area and able to give recommendations on everything as far as the activities and food. Just an absolutely superb decision to stay here!!!”

”Not impressed with our stay enough to check out early one day on a prepaid nonrefundable stay. Room was not cleaned no clean towels front desk could care less. My wife love BW hotels but this one never again.”

”Overall, a nice well-maintained building. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not great but bacon was cooked nice and crispy and baked goods were fresh. The coffee was weak. Better at lobby but no decaf at lobby. Did not try the dinner restaurant. Definitely would stay again. This was my third time there. Breakfast is getting better over time. The rest has been consistently good each time.”
