”My restroom was not clean when I checked in. There was hair in the shower, so I reported it to the front desk. They told me they would have someone come clean the restroom, but no one ever did. They also never offered to move us to another room. When I reported the issue again at checkout, I was simply told they were sorry, but there wasn’t much they could do because I booked through a third-party website. Regardless of how I booked, I expected a clean room and better customer service.”

”This hotel is perfectly located just outside the west entrance, making it very convenient. The pool, hot tub, and downstairs arcade are all great amenities, and the staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming. The only downside of our stay was the housekeeping. ”West Yellowstone it’s a small outdated town and it’s hard to find a decent hotel so this means that you overpay for a mediocre hotel. If I had paid half of the price of what I paid, I would probably have no complaints but because it’s so overpriced, you are expectations are a little bit higher. The pros are location is great. It’s in the middle of town walking distance to tons of restaurants shops in five minutes away from Yellowstone Park entrance. Oh, and breakfast is actually really good too...

”We stayed at room 22 and there's a strong unpleasant smell in the room which was disgusting - it feels like someone cooked Indian food in this room for a while and the smell doesn't leave the room. I wanna say it's not the foods problem, I wish the motel house keeping could do a better job by cleaning the smell as well. This is a motel comes with kitchen so if you do not have cooking needs I do not recommend staying here. The whole night I was struggling with the weird smell and didnt rest well....
