”I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.”

”Th bathroom was not cleaned properly. The toilet paper and the soap in the bathroom were used prior to us getting there.”

”We rented a studio with the upstairs/downstairs. It was a really nice place that definitely needs some attention. More silverware in the kitchen and carpets need some cleaning. Add another chair for 4 at the kitchen table. Tv in living room was missing the ROKU but we made due with the other 2 tvs in the rental. We would stay there again but i did get an email that they were in the process of remodeling so that is good to know. Not much in the breakfast area for choices. ”

”Worst hotel experience ive ever had. I was greeted by a guy on a kiosk screen. It was a red roof and i booked in advance without cancellation protection as there were not many options and the price was right and the reviews were not terrible. Oops. A sign outside the hotel said “new rooms” 😂 new grey vinyl planking a few years ago. The property was dirty. The stairs and upstairs hallway was too. There is no elevator. My room had filthy sheets, worn and stained from the laundry. Deep cleaning...

”The breakfast was the best that I have had at a motel...the staff were so accommodating and really seemed to care that we were taken care of.”

”A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! ”

”The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”
