”The outside of the building was so bad that the garbage was everywhere falling out of the garbage cans. We went to the rooms it was two rooms and one room had nets in the bathrooms and the tv didn’t work nor the remotes were working. We were too scared to eat the breakfast nor did we take showers. The rooms weren’t clean was scared to sleep. We saw baby roaches, and I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER QUALITY INN & SUITES OR ANY PROPERTY FOR CHOICE HOTELS. I WHICH I COULD SHOW YOU THE PICTURES. ”

”Was the perfect fit my family and I were looking for. We wanted to find a hotel for spring break with our kids that had free breakfast and a pool. Lines were long for breakfast (due to us spring breakers) but it was very good and staff was amazing. Location was convenient to Arch, stadium, and City Museum. Only negative was parking-valet was only option, and a little pricy. Overall a very positive experience! ”

”When we arrived a little before check in we was told that no rooms where ready to come back after 4:30 and rooms should be available. The parking is bad due to the casino being across the parking lot they not only park in the casino area they also park in the hotel parking lot which makes it hard for the hotel guess to find parking. ”Second time I've stayed, and the last! First time room was super dirty, same goes the second. Gross orange mold in the comers of the shower. Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund. Cool hotel, lousy management.”
