We really enjoyed the service and the food. It does not get much better. The property was beautiful and the view stunning. My only other comment was my husband and I had massages from their spa. My husband had a great massage but unfortunately I had one of the worst massages I have ever had. The other comment is that we are Expedia members and the hotel does not communicate with Expedia so if you have any Expedia perks you must ask for them which is a little uncomfortable. Over all a great stay

Beautiful hotel located on the south side of the caldera. Amazing views of the volcano from your room, restaurant and pool. Chef was amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the manager to the waiting staff and front desk workers. Away from the congestion of the larger cities, but a short cab ride to get to the shops and restaurants of Oia and Thira. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were beyond amazing. Especially the manager Sotiris Ioannidis. He treated my wife and I like family seriously. He definitely went up and beyond expectations. Our room was nice and clean. The food was great with bunch of selections. We loved the breakfast particularly because it had bunch of traditional Greek dishes and fresh squeezed orange juice was great every morning. My wife and I never wanted to leave this place!!! Book now, you won’t regret it.

Beautiful Hotel in perfect location
The Acroterra Rosa is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. It located on the island away from the busy crowded areas where the cruise ships drop off. The rooms are very clean and the staff does everything to make you visit perfect. They have a restaurant and bar that has a spectacular view across the pool and over the ocean. They have a great chef prepared breakfast that was included and we had lunch and dinner there on different occasions (dependingon the adventureof the day) . I think the location is important because it is hard to relax in the busy city areas.... they are fun to visit and shop, eat etc... but I prefer a quiet as a home base for relaxation. You will need transportation to visit all the other places on the island but, it is very easy as the hotel will arrange car rental drop off and any transportation you need such as to and from the airport. We rented a small car but, ATVs and scooters are available. I would recommend a small car because the streets are tight and free parking will be crowded. We were always able to find parking but, it is a busy place. I would recommend the free parking and a small walk into the city. There are multiple locations you will need to see on the island... Oia, Fira, beaches etc... I am happy we found this gem by accident and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a higher level experience. The place is beautiful, the view is outstanding, the location is perfect and the service we received was world class.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and beautiful, situated in the perfect location for a caldera view. The rooms have so many nice features, including the balcony with a private hot tub. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sotiris, the Maitre, crafts amazing cocktails unique to your preferences. Sipping my tropical mocktail while taking in the sun and view made my vacation perfection. If my husband and I return to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service, extremely clean, good relaxing location, shops and restaurants in walking distance, Thira 20 minutes by bus, road in front of the pool caused some noise but did not matter.

Beautiful, quiet and private hotel in Akrotiri. They have a beautiful view of the caldera and the volcano. You can see the sunrise. The sunset lies on the side of the hotel, so you don't get to see it, but it still has beautiful views. The cleanliness and hospitality of the staff was 10/10. They also provide you with all the information you need to enjoy your time to the max in Santorini.

Die dauerhafte Musik, die im Hotel lief (Restaurant,Pool),war es auch im Hotelzimmer sehr laut. Die Nutzung des zimmereigenen Whirpools war nicht sehr entspannend, da die zentrale Steuerung der ganzen Pools direkt an inserem war und täglich der Servicemitarbeiter da war. Aussicht war leider eingeschränkt. Zimmerzustand war gut, aber ich hätte mir einen nutzbaren Kleiderschrank gewünscht. Servicepersonal sehr nett. Wir empfanden das Hotel als etwas steril. Alles in allem ist es etwas zu teuer für die Leistung.

This was a fantastic property with Amazing views and fantastic and attentive staff. The gym is functional but the treadmills could use some updating. Overall it was hands down the best service.

The staff were amazing, everywhere is very clean and well maintained. You can walk to lots of lovely restaurants even though it’s in a quiet part of the island and it’s so easy to get the bus to the more popular busy areas. The only disappointing thing I found was the bar staff couldn’t make a drinkable cocktail, they were awful. They tried, they changed them and were very apologetic but just couldn’t get any of them right.

From the reception when we arrived until the day we left, impeccable service. They assisted with dinner reservations, taxi service and anything we needed in the room. Breakfast was cooked to order with a ton of items to choose from. Our terrace overlooked the caldera! I highly recommend this property.

From the beginning to the end of our stay was amazing. the hotel staff made us feel Special and welcome. The property was super clean and felt like new, even nicer than the pictures. the restaurant staff was also amazing, the best service my wife and I has had at any Hotel. The selection items for the free made to order breakfast were outstanding. The food was incredible for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santorini. thank again to the staff for going above and beyond for our stay. :)))

Generally a good hotel
Overall the hotel was of a high standard, nice large rooms and very clean. A few point for us meant that this could not be a 5 star review. The rooms are an excellent size, however our balcony was not really usable as it was impossible to open both shutters without actually removing some of the furniture inside first, so if left open it would bang in the wind and if opened you then had to battle the furniture to be able to close at night. The view from the dinning room is great, and the staff were fantastic. The pool was more or less unusable as it the water was so cold, and unfortunately the pool is next to a road which could get busy at certain points of the day. The spa facilities were available and massages were good. However the fact that they charge 20euros for 15 minutes - when the pool is just sat around unused the majority of the time seems outrageous. The hotel is in a nice little village, and a 30min walk down to some nice waterside restaurants and red beach.

This is a very nice property. The staff was so nice and courteous. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Book directly on the property’s website to get a complimentary transfer to/from the airport. Also chose a package with breakfast. It allows you to taste a little bit of this and that without incurring extra costs. I will say if there are a lot of people on the island at one time, you could experience a power outage in your room. Unfortunately that happened to us four times during our stay, but fixed almost immediately. At most we were without power for five minutes. The staff was very attentive.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Poollandschaft und gutem Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Santorini (in Akrotiri). Leider besteht durch die Straße, die direkt am Pool entlanggeht, ein hoher Geräuschpegel verursacht überwiegend durch die Motorräder und Quads. Der Service wirkt noch ein wenig uneingespielt.

The best hotel for everything!
This is an amazing hotel, beautiful views from the cliffs and really clean rooms and everything. Great breakfast as well! The best of all, the staffs are all super nice, i dont usually leave reviews but these staffs really made our holiday! i would highly recommend everyone to book, if i came back again i would definitely book this again!
