Pandemia-ajan erityisjärjestelyt rasittavat
Covid19 kriisin aikana hieman rasittavaa kun pitää varata jokainen ruokailu etukäteen. Myös palveluita ja ruokia hieman karsittu. Hyvä pääuima-allas alue. Yleisesti kuitenkin positiivinen kokemus ja erityiskiitos Allasbaarin ja Kreikkaisen alacarte ravintolan henkilökunnalle. Loustavaa palvelua.

Magnifique séjour
Un formidable séjour en cette fin de saison. Les restaurants "à la carte" sont exceptionnels, le buffet bien alimenté et varié, le beach bar très agréable. Les boissons servies tout à fait à la hauteur. Nous avons apprécié les transats à la plage, les piscines, le cadre de l'hôtel et l'option petit dejeuner grec. La chambre est belle, tout comme la vue.

La opción ideal si buscas un espacio para relajarte y olvidarte de todo. De entrada las instalaciones son de primera calidad y la atención de todo su personal es magnifica. Algo que nos maravillo fue la comida ya que sus buffets están muy bien servidos y con muchas opciones durante todo el día, y eso si, una mención especial a las cenas Griegas, son simplemente espectaculares. Sin duda volvería a regresar aquí. Como tip adicional, es más fácil llegar y moverte en auto y si lo haces en línea el costo es muy bajo y te ahorras muchos contratiempos.

TL;DR: The resort is nice, but not for everyone. (We: couple in our early 30s with no children.) I thought a lot about whether to rate the resort a 3/5 or 4/5. Ultimately, our stay was enjoyable, but it is not a place for us and we would not return. Pros: attentive staff; dining areas were beautiful, views were amazing, nice balcony, spacious room. Cons: uncomfortable bed, dirty beach, subpar food (e.g., all desserts, ice cream, Ionio restaurant), bugs crawling through the drainage of our bathroom We stayed here for 3 nights and luckily booked a food tour in Old Town, which was the highlight of our Corfu trip. The resort is pretty far out from the airport and Old Town, so we took a 40 minute bus ride. It seems the resort is geared towards guests who want to stay at an all-inclusive resort and not venture out (maybe apart from a day cruise). It is just a personal preference, but we like to be on-the-go and the lack of activities was not a highlight. I could see older guests having a great time here. I want to emphasize that the staff is great and helpful.

We regret though to read some wrong information posted on this review.Our hotel is located in the most central place of the island, at a distance of 8 kms from Corfu airport and Corfu town.The beach had seaweeds from the windy weather of the previous days; this does not make it dirty. Our staff gathers all these plants when the storm stops.We have an animation team working daily, offering activities in the morning and in the afternoon. Also, a gym room is free for extra exercise. Many of our guests like to go for a walk or for jogging at the top of our complex; by following the signs of that quiet road, you can reach Gastouri village in 2 kms.A tennis court and a padel court are available for our visitors. All these alternatives make us popular to various guests types like: families with kids, older people, young couples.We would be glad to see you again and offer you the best service.Holidays Concierge

Recommendation.
This resort is SO beautiful!! We have a nice 3 days with all inclusive. Food was excellent! Drinks and the atención of the all workers. Only one con, they need to have an open bar at the lobby because is open after 6:00pm and if you arrive early you can not have neither water to drink. Also, if they use more golf cars around the complex to pick people who’s going to have a breakfast or to the beach will be better. Other than that I recommend this resort.

This was our first all inclusive holiday and we couldn't be happier - the staff were friendly, the food and amenities were good. Our only suggestion would be that there should be more possibilities for kids that are out of the sun (i.e. a covered playground).

Der Aufenthalt war eine hervorragende Auszeit vom Alltag. Das Personal wär stets freundlich und hat versucht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Hervorragende Lage an der Ostküste Korfus. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor dem Gelände erreichbar. Direkter Strandzugang und leckeres Essen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent variety of food at this resort
The selection of food was of high quality at this resorts buffet restaurant and there were always several options for vegetarians. The food labels were missing allergy information, it would be good to include this information. We booked deluxe rooms with a great view from the Balcony - these were great but beware of the screeching noise of chairs being dragged across the floor from 6.00 am each morning as these rooms are directly below the restaurant. Complimentary wine, fruit and water were a nice touch. The shower cubicle was very small, and a bit mouldy, the shower head was rectangular in this room so wasn't a good shower experience. However, in the other deluxe rooms we had booked there were round shower heads in the cubicles. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. We asked to borrow an iron and this request was delayed for over a day as someone else had borrowed it and not returned it. Seems like there was only 1 iron and ironing board to serve all the hotel guests. Limited evening entertainment and not very much to do on a rainy day, but the hotel did provide several board games and all-inclusive drinks all day to keep guests entertained. The other restaurants also served good food, waiters could be more attentive though and ensure that they explain that some wines are included in the all-inclusive package rather than passing over a wine price list first in the hope that diners will purchase special wines!

Très bel hôtel où on se sent bien grâce à l’accueil du personnel en particulier les serveuses de restaurant toujours aimables et aux petits soins .nous avons pu manger à l’extérieur sous la pergola ce qui était très agréable.service de restauration impeccable à l’hôtel mais aussi à la plage où il fait bon passer la journée .Service de buggy très rapide pour remonter à l’hôtel .En résumé nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour
