Ihan ok hotelli, ei luxus mutta ihan siedettävä. Altaat olivat täynnä ja meluisia, ihmiset polttivat tupakkaa altailla. Ruokaa oli riittävästi ja paljon vaihtoehtoja mutta toki ei kovin korkealaatuista. Rantabaari ja ranta olivat hyviä. Palvelu ystävällistä ja ripeää. Tarjoilu pelasi hyvin baareissa ja lapsetkin huomioitiin hyvin.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli isolle kaveriporukalle. Sviitit toimi hyvin neljälle hengelle, huoneet siistit ja palvelu pelas. All inclusiviin kuului minibar mitä sai hyvin täytettyä. Useita ravintoloita ja bareja mistä sai hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa koko ajan (all inclusive.) Hyvin tilaa rannalla ja uima-altaalla vaikka hotelli täynnä. Taxin sai tilattua hotellille nopeasti ja keskustaan n. 10€ ja alle 10min matka.

Great food everywhere except in theme restaurants
"Deluxe" is perhaps pushing it but really comfortable and quality stay. Buffet foods and pool restaurants exceeded the expectations as A+ while the theme restaurants were sub-par experience. We gave the asian and greek style try and did not think for a second for booking the other two. Staff is very friendly and everything works smoothly. Standard rooms are somewhat small but modern.

Few things you should know before booking. There is too many people for those facilities. Themed restaurants are all full booked. In 1 week there was space for us only in 2 nights. At pool its hard to find sunbed if you doesnt come early at morning. Alcohol is not served on the beach. The rooms have poor soundproofing. You can easily hear all sounds from corridor, balcony and upstair so at least bring earplugs.

Yhteiset tilat siistejä ja hulppeita. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Useita eri ravintoloita joihin mahtui hyvin. Tosi kiva allasosasto. Allasbaarin pizza erinomaista! Huoneiston äänieristys surkea, niin käytävältä kuin sisällä. Suihkun jälkeen lattia lainehti ja kylppärissä haisi kosteus. Vessojen ovet lasia jokapaikassa joka hämmentävää.. Huoneistoissa ei mahdollisuutta kuivattaa pyyhkeitä tms.

Hyvä ja monipuolinen ruoka. Huone perus ok. Uima-altailla jo klo. 7.30 aamulla lähes kaikki aurinkotuolit varattuja ja muutenkin melko ahdasta. Pääravintola kolkko ja kouluruokalamainen. Kannattaa ehdottomasti suunnata terassille syömään sisätilojen sijaan.

Ihan ok muttei 5 tähden hotelli
Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa (viime vuonna remontoitu). Olimme perhesviitissä lisärakennuksessa, päämakuuhuoneen sänky oli hyvä, mutta erillisvuoteet olivat tosi kovat. Kolmannesta kerroksesta (lisärakennuksen ylin) oli osittainen näkymä merelle, mutta hallitseva näky oli hotellin parkkipaikka. Alemmista kerroksista ei olisi meri näkynyt lainkaan. Jos siis haluat hienot näköalat, ota huone ison hotellin puolelta merinäköalalla (sielläkin osa huoneista on joko kadulle tai parkkipaikalle päin). Aurinkopetejä oli riittävästi, mutta varjoisien paikkojen löytäminen oli välillä haasteellista. Allasalue on aika ahdas, vaikka iso onkin, tuoleja on todella vieri vieressä ja altaat ovat täynnä väkeä. Ranta on tien toisella puolella, mutta sinne menee alikulku; siellä on myös aurinkotuoleja. Ranta on tosi kivinen, joten uimakengät kannattaa ottaa mukaan. All inclusive on ihan ok, muttei 5 tähden luokkaa. Teemaravintolat (useamman ruokalajin menu pöytäån tarjottuna) olivat pettymys. Ruokalistat kuulostavat hyvältä, mutta ruuan taso ei ollut sitä. Etenkin kalaravintolalta odotimme paljon, mutta kalat oli kuivaksi paistettuja ja mauttomia. Buffet-ravintolassa oli monipuoliset ruuat ja ulkoterassille jopa viityisää (toisin kuin sisällä isossa salissa). KV-merkeistä huolimatta drinkit eivät olleet mitään erikoisen hyviä. Taksilla pääsee 8 eurolla Rodoksen keskustaan (jos ottaa taksin rantakadun asemalta), kävellen matkaa on vajaat 6 km kaunista rantareittiä.

Hieno merinäköala kannattaa maksaa extraa, ystävällinen henkilökunta, ruokatarjoilut erittäin monipuoliset. Altaita paljon kuten myös tuoleja. Meren ranta pikkukiviä 5 metriä, jonka jälkeen hyvä hiekkapohja. Ainoat miinukset vessan ovi ja äänekäs ilmastointi.

Nice hotel & holiday resort
We stayed here for 3,5 weeks so some real experience. Pros: - just renewed, looks like brand new with minor exceptions. - all inclusive level was good. Of course you cannot expect any Michellin star level food, but allaround good quality and taste. Huge amount of choices to select from. - Mini club & disco staff (summer 2018) - Pools were clean and warm. A bit larger & deeper would be nice - Location - Gym was cooled and pretty decently equipped. Not good enough for serious training and stronger persons. - Sun & deck chairs were good - Basic spa services - Mini Market was better than needed in All inclusive resort (candy&snacks, alcohol, tobacco, toys, souveniers etc) - room Air Con was really enough, even too cold and powerful - bed was confy Cons/development opportunities. - quite many power outages causing small issues, like elevator stops. Improved during stay. - 5 elevators was otherwise good, but they were not controlled together. Basically all lifts stopped in all floors. After two days it did not bother, tooks just few minutes of your day anyways. During rush hours you needed to wait almost 30 secs. - Room service staff did not honor the "do not disturb" sign even after complained several times. That was very annoying. They opened the door and shouted e.g. "Minibar". In my world red means "do not even knock the door". Fix this Akti Imperial management! - private beach as in all Ixia side is quite full of small rocks. Slippers needed when went to swimming.

Nice hotel with great staff
Just completed my 1 week stay in Akti Imperiali. Most negative reviews I have seen about this hotel are unjustified in my mind. Hotels was nice, amenities were good and staff was great. Food also fully met my expectations, it was good (not great) as was the drink variety. I found hotel not so cozy though with conservative colour schemes (white and gray) , bit of more cheerful colours and authentic greek touch would of been nice. Staff however was great, always smiling and willing to help. Team responsible for evening program was amazing, my 9 year old loved them since they were so attentive and kind with kids. In my opinion 5 stars has one too many but nevertheless Akti Imperiali is nice hotel in a nice location and I'm sure they do even better when some small growing pains are fixed. I would definitely recommend ot to others and would go again!

Staff at this hotel were so friendly and attentive. Food options were excellent. Something for everyone. Salads were so fresh and drink choice was great. We dont usually stay at all inclusive hotels, and tend to opt for a villa, but was pleasantly suprised at how lovely the hotel is. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Awesome place - lovely room, modern clean and comfortable. Great food and good variety. Staff were amazing and very, very customer focused. Pools were clean and well managed, entertainment fun and engaging while not too intrusive. Bands were great! Felt very safe and jogged all over the local area... Could not be better - especially for the price!!! We will definitely come back, as it was early April we might give it a go again in October to see if the sea is warmer!!! Hugely recommend wandering around the old town and the world famous harbour! Looks like a film set at night if you're into your selfies, and cat lovers like us will be in heaven! Very, very highly recommended.

I liked the staff and how friendly they were. Place was clean. Food was very subpar, coffee which is basic was disgusting, not real coffee beans. First time ever having to wait for elevators in a hotel let alone a five star hotel. I think the branding needs to be changed to 4 star definitely not a five star

Nice 4-star all-inclusive resort. I would improve the bathroom drainage and cleaning level, and I would love more entertainment for kids over 6 yo. Also, the pools are not shaded.

This is a solid hotel with three pools and a nice complementary set of food offerings and various bar locations that make this an all-inclusive experience. We enjoyed the beach front location also.

The room was good, buffet had a very large selection for each meal and food quality was really good. Staff were pleasant and the pool area was nice. Only negatives were that the gym equipment was dated and most of it broken so couldn't use it. room cleaning was minimal,no bed change for a 5 night stay which was a bit disappointing. Good stay overall
