Allasalue oli todella upea! Huoneet myös todella hienot ja siistit. Koko hotellin alue erittäin siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Aamupala ja illallinen todella monipuoliset ja maukkaat.

Tämä hotelli on todella ihastuttava ja upea! Palvelu on erinomaista, yståvällistä ja hotellin koko henkilökunta tekee kaikessa parhaansa. Viiden tähden hotelli ja enemmänkin. Hotelli on erittäin viehättävä, siisti ja huolellisesti hoidettu: upeat sisätilat ja kauniit allas ja -puutarha-alueet. Monipuoliset palvelut hotellissa. Monta ravintolaa ja baaria, aamupala todella mokipupuolinen ja maukas ja ( japanilaistyylinen) KOI hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa: mieli, sielu siellä nauttii. Huikeat maut ja esteetiilka kohtaavat ystävällisen ja rauhallisen tunnelman. Jälleen huippupalvelua. Merinäköala ja merenrantaan kävelee muutamassa minuutissa. Suuret kiitokset Atrium Platinum! Erinomainen valinta pariskunnille
Aivan upea hotelli, jonka palvelu ei jättänyt toivomisen varaa. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta teki kyllä kaikkensa sen eteen, että vieraat viihtyvät ja nauttivat olostaan. Upeat allasalueet korvasivat mainiosti kivisen - ja vierailumme aikana tuulisen - rannan. Hotellin sijainti noin 4 km Rodoksen mukavasta keskustasta oli sopiva sekä kävelyn että 8 euron taksimatkan osalta.

En pitänyt siitä kun etsimme lapsivapaata hotellia ja infossa näin luki. Pettymys oli suuri kun huomasimme ettei hotelli ollutkaan k18... Tilanteen pelasti vain loistava henkilökunta ja suuri allasalue:) Voisimme vierailla hotellilla mieluusti uudelleen, mutta lapsia ei kyllä viereisiin huoneisiin haluta!!

Olimme hotellissa 6 yötä ja nautimme joka hetkestä. Varasimme suurimman huoneen omalla uima-altaalla. Makuuhuoneita oli kaksi ja iso olohuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa oli iso poreallas. Aamiainen todella runsas ja monipuolinen. Spa-osastolla hoidot erinomaisia. Palvelu ehdottomasti 5 tähden arvoista.

Upea hotelli lähellä rantaa. Loistava aamiainen!
Huikean siisti (ehkä jopa vähän liiankin kliininen) loistoravintola. Upea allasalue ja ihana allasravintola. Palvelu pelasi ja henkilökunta kielitaitoista, hyväntuulista ja ystävällistä. Meillä oli mieletön huone (poreallas, iso osin lasitettu parveke ja kaksi minibaaria, jättikokoinen olohuone ja aula. Huoneen näköalassa oli ainoastaan parannettavaa, kun olimme vain 2.krsessa niin emme nähneet koko merta, kun osa puista oli edessä. Pyydä siis huone mahdollismman korkealta, jos olet pyytänyt merinäköalan. Tuulisuus oli yllätys ja sen vuoksi emme palaa tähän hotelliin emmekä tälle puolelle saarta (ainakaan). Välillä tuuli niin että tukka mienasi irrota, ei lainkaan nautinnollista ja vilvottavaa, vaan suorastaan ahdistavaa. Allasalueelta löytyi tuulettomiakin paikkoja, jos oli vielä paikkoja....

Hotelli itsessään soveltuu lapsiperheille erittäin hyvin(meillä 3kk ikäinen mukana), ympäristön kävelytiet rattaille taas ei - ovat huonossa kunnossa/epätasaisia ja joistakin kohdista kävelytiet puuttuvat kokonaan. -Maisemat hotellialueelta Turkin suuntaan komeat, juuri muuta nähtävää ei ole. -Halutessasi lomaltasi aurinkoa ja hotellilla löhöilyä, tämä on loistava. -Paljon eri kohteissa matkustelleena voi sanoa hotellin palvelun olevan kiitettävää tasoa. -Aamupala monipuolinen ja kattava, kiitettävä. -Bussilla pääsee rodoksen kaupunkiin alle 2€, taksi 8-10€. -Hotellin kuntosali asiallinen peruskuntoilijalle, voimakkaammalle yksilölle vapaita painoja vähänlaisesti. -Autonvuokraus onnistuu hotellilta helposti, homma toimi moitteitta.

Laadukas ja hyvällä palvelulla varustettu hotelli
Olimme toukokuussa 2015 lomailemassa Atrium Platinumissa viikon ajan. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, aamiainen oli kattava, löytyi jokaisen makuun useita herkkuja. Yleisesti hotellin ravintoloissa oli maukas ruoka ja erittäin hyvä palvelu. Hotellin vieraiden käytössä oleva ranta ei ollut ihan odotuksia vastaava, se olikin sitten ainoa negatiivinen asia. Hotelli sijaitsi Rhodoksen keskustasta n. 4 km päästä, taksit ja bussi kulki läheltä ja kävelykin oli mahdollista. Positiivinen yllätys oli synttärikakut, joista toinen toimitettiin hotellihuoneeseen ja toinen toimitettiin aamiaisen yhteydessä laulun kera.

Upea loma
Odotukset hotellista eivät olleet kovin erikoiset koska monesti hotellin mainosvalokuvat ovat huomattavasti prameampia kuin todellisuus. Tämän hotellin kanssa kävi toisin, edes kuvat eivät olleet yhtä upeita kuin itse hotelli livenä oli. Hotellissa oli aina siistiä ja hotellin henkilökunta sekä lapsille että aikuisille palvelualttiita tilanteessa kuin tilanteessa. Aamupala pöydässä oli niin paljon erilaisia vaihtoehtoja ettei kaikkea kerennyt viikon aikana maistaa. Koko 5 henkinen matkaseurueemme voi kaikella lämmöllä suositella hotellia varsinkin lasten kanssa matkaaville!

Das Hotel ist großzügig gestaltet, was die Anlage und auch die Zimmer angeht. 5 Sterne Luxury Resort klingt viel versprechend, ist aber maximal Landesklasse 5 Sterne. Design und Interior sind nicht wirklich zeitgemäß. Im Pool fehlen Mosaiksteinchen, Geländer sind blind, Flure des Hotels sind lang, kalt und erinnern gerade in den unteren Etagen eher an Krankenhausflure. Gläser am Pool aus Plastik und auch ziemlich abgenutzt. Kein Zugang zum Strand. Also das Hotel ist völlig ok, aber eben aus unserer Sicht kein Luxury Resort mit 5 Sternen. Früchstück ist sehr reichhaltig.

The hotel staff was great! We got half board which was okay. Alcohol isn’t included but we thought we could eat at some of the hotels restaurants with this option. That is not the case. Only the main dining room can be used and only a discount is given at restaurants. They had theme nights with food options which again was okay. For example seafood night. In the event that you don’t like fish there were only a couple of things I could eat. Kind of limited and disappointing. We traded and got a lunch versus dinner one day and there were limited options. No hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, etc. just much of the same as dinner, really. It needs improvement. The room was beautiful but bath lighting was terrible. It was so dark my husband couldn’t see to shave well and putting on my makeup was terrible. There aren’t bathroom outlets so I went to the desk to get ready. My friends bathroom was better and it seemed that lights had been updated. The indoor pool was $12EU a day to use and considered part of the spa. There are several things we learned once we were there. Still a nice hotel but these things and signing things like the location of the elevators on floors was an opportunity.

Perfectly located, quality hotel.
Lovely hotel perfectly situated between the airport and old Rhodes town. Easy cab ride to the town. There is plenty of pool space and there were plenty of very comfortable sun beds. Service around the pool is excellent for drinks and snacks. The dining area was large and very comfortable for breakfast. Our room was large with a huge bed, bigger than a super king. The hotel staff were very friendly. There was entertainment most nights. We had a lovely stay.

Great resort and perfect for families. Very large swimming area with plenty of lounges and towels available, with app based ordering for beverages and snacks your lounge. Kids club is available and the girls who look after the kids are amazing, they have it available every day apart from Monday, great for parents to leave their kids in safe hands. The staff are amazing and always friendly, smiling and willing to help made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. We were half board and had breakfast and dinner at the resort, the food offering was good and a large selections of food, fresh fruits, desserts, you can't be bored by the variety. They also have ala carte available if you wish. Amazing resort and thank you for the great stay.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean and service was outstanding. We were made to feel special from the moment that we arrived until the time we left. All the facilities you would expect and a good outdoor pool and amazing spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi and a full range of treatments available. Room was a good size and bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom had an excellent shower and jet bath. I recommend getting a room with a private pool as it was great to jump in and cool off after a long hot day and the view of the sea was breathtaking. Food options are incredible and you are spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet with everything you could want and it all tastes great. Dinner was equally great and all of the hotel restaurants produce some exceptionally tasty dishes. The hotel app is also great for making reservations and ordering food and drinks by the pool. Only a 10 minute drive from the main town and well so location was good. Nothing to criticize here at all as our experience of this hotel was flawless and one we won't forget. I couldn't rate this place more highly. It is definitely worthy of the 5 star rating and all of the great reviews from other guests that I checked before making my booking. You won't regret staying here.
