Women of the staff are very friendly. One bearded man at the pool bar is very rude. Service at the reception is very good. Nice pool. Children make noise though. location veru good in the centre

Huone oli suorastaan upea, palvelu loistavaa ja sijaintikin aivan täydellinen. Kattoterassi kaupungin yllä kruunasi kaiken.

Nice hotel, good location. Don't take economy room
We booked hotel from hotels.com and were promised an economy room with balcony, when we got there we noticed that there is no such thing. Luckily i had printed out the reservation, which showed the fact that there was supposed to be a balcony, and we were immediately upgraded to room with balcony. The rating is done based on this standard room with balcony, never ever book a economy room, cause that was just awful. The whole first floor smelled horrible, due to fact that you are allowed to smoke in those rooms, and oh boy the whole floor smelled bad. The room was so outdated with a floor that im pretty sure was covered in mold. The bathroom had been updated. However, after the first shock, and upgrade we got a much nicer standard room which clearly had gone thru the whole renovation, was clean and nice. Too bright lights on balcony, which can not be turned off ruined the atmosphere on balcony. Hotels best area is on its roof, where really nice pool area and restaurant is. Prices are very good, and offers some nice snacks and drinks during the day, and amazing cocktails and food during evening. Breakfast is better than ok, but nothing special, and the cafeteria downstairs is nice. Hotels location is perfect! next to museum and buss stop to Knossos is in front of the hotel. Id say a very nice stay, but just be sure not to book an economy room.

Loistava sijainti
Loistava sijainti, kaikki palvelut ympärillä. Myös julkiset kulkevat ovelta. Loistava aamiainen. Hieno kattobaari altaalla. Huonona puolena että viikonloppuna kattobaarissa soitetaan musiikkia joka kuuluu kolmanteen kerrokseen, mutta silti sai nukuttua ilman tulppia.

Excellent location for walking, shopping, sightseeing,transfers to airport and bus. Excellent breakfast included. Rooftop bar/dining available. Bring earplugs for the best nights sleep but the convenience makes the noise bearable.

Very nice hotel within a 10 minute walk from the port or a 25 min Taxi ride from airport 14 Euro's. Friendly staff, great room. Just a tip don't pay extra for a balcony. its not worth it. Breakfast was fantastic, everything you could ask for in a breakfast. The roof top swimming pool and staff was outstanding. Very surprised at the prices for food and drink. Wasn't overinflated at all, which is unusually.

Top location- room for simple improvements
Super location, swimming pool only open after 10- and thus not for recreational swimmers who want to swim before work, lovely roof top bar-restaurant, but open late at night so upper floors get noise. Some issues with ventilation (our room had cigarette smell from the ventilation the whole time- 4th floor). Recommendation- allow guests to order coffee- the powder coffee in the breakfast room is pretty terrible...

Une arrivée plus tôt que prévue, mais très bon accueil et on a eu notre chambre aussitôt Nous avons pris le Service de parking avec voiturier car compliqué en centre ville Très belle suite familiale joliment décorée avec une superbe terrasse et belle vue On avait choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine Pas déçue car vraiment agréable de se délasser après chaleur du centre ville Piscine et rooftop au top vue superbe avec coucher de soleil Situation idéale pour visiter centre ville et en face du musée Buffet du petit déjeuner fantastique

Un bon point de départ pour un voyage en Crète
Hôtel extrêmement bien placé : le bus venant de l'aéroport vous dépose devant la porte de l'hôtel qui se trouve juste en face du musée archéologique,en plein centre,à 15mn de la citadelle à pied.La chambre est un peu petite mais propre.Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet très copieux.Le seul inconvénient est la sono de la piscine qui fonctionne jusque dans la nuit

L'hôtel est vraiment idéalement placé. En plein centre d'Héraklion, au pied de la rue commerçante, le bus pour Kronos qui passe à l'arrêt juste a 10 mètres. Parking, ce qui est indispensable. Personnel très sympathique, et accueillant. La chambre était simple

The rooms are poorly sound-proofed both from other rooms and the outside. Everything in the room feels old, the shower handle and its hook were so weak. Funny smell in the bathroom. Excellent service though and helpful staff. The AC was really good. Breakfast was good, too. Location, close to a big bus stop, was excellent - walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and harbor.
