The property was within walking distance to top notch restaurants, the Archeological museum of Heraklion, Koules Fortress, and had a parking garage close by. The entire place, smelled lovely! Highly recommend!

Great location and service.
Great location and even greater service. There is a parking garage right next door. We were greeted with a refreshing lemon aid and homemade chocolate. They even gave us a room upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and TV had access to Amazon prime and Netflix. Breakfast options were also very good.

Perfect Location, Breakfast, & Cleanliness!
The location is perfect! Walking distance from the port, plazas & squares, shopping, restaurants, and the historic castle! Very clean and convenient! The room is a little small but more than enough! We spent our time out, dining, riding horses, shopping, etc. The crew is very polite and helpful! The included breakfast is impressive! Very delicious and fresh! I highly recommend this hotel!
The castle is 20-minute walk!

Modern hotel with nice location
The hotel is in a good location, fully renovated modern facility with nice breakfast buffet. It does not have a good view, though it was not a problem for us at all.

Despite being called Boutique, this is a very modern hotel. At first it seems far from everything, making it quiet, but it is actually a short walk to several car-free plazas, buses to the beaches, and the harbor. It is a bit longer walk to the ferry port and the Archeological Museum, but still very manageable. The room was nice and the staff was extremely helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Impeccably clean. Smells wonderful. Good air conditioning. Nice lobby. Great breakfast and excellent service. We received an excellent restaurant recommendation and they called several cabs for us. Luggage storage is in a locked room. Connected to pedestrian area downtown and close to Knossos, museums, and bus station.

The hotel is very well located in Heraklion, however if you are planning to drive over there and park your car, forget about :) especially if you are not used to the width of the greek streets and especially how the cars are parked on each side of the streets :) There is a 24h parking just outside the hotel, not sure if the hotel has a deal. Sofia at the reception was very helpful in trying to find availability for the ferry to go to Santorini. Breakfast is also quite good given the small size of the hotel. All in all, a little gem right in the centre of Heraklion historical centre!

Great hotel in a fantastic location!
Excellent hotel located very conveniently in Heraklion. The staff were amazing and gave us lots of tips of how to get around some of the sites of Crete (such as Knossos and the Lassithi plateau) and the hotel itself was very plush! Great breakfast and they also made arrangements for an earlier sitting when we had to catch a 8 am ferry so we were very thankful for that. The hotel is around 15-20 mins walk from the port so very handy for island hopping.

Don’t be put off by the graffiti if you drive up the alley to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and offers a welcome retreat from the chaos of the old town area. We could easily walk to all the main attractions. Valet parking opposite hotel was great. Delicious breakfast. Altogether great - highly recommend.

Nice stay but a bit sterile
Brand new hotel but lacks charm, it all feels too sterile. Good location to the centre, but getting there the streets are awful.
