The hotel and its staff are professionals! The room is cleaned daily, the beach is clean, the service on the beach is fast and cultural. Tasty coffee. The hotel is beautiful, the territory is well grmaintained, the pool is large, the rooms have a safe, hairdryer, crockery and cutlery. Quiet place for those who are looking for relaxation. We'll be back!

Ihana hotelli meren rannalla. Suojaisa sisäpiha uima-altaineen ja huoneesta näkymä sisäpihan läpi merelle. Siisti huone, siivous joka päivä ja yleiset tilat siistit. Kaunis puutarha josta saimme granaattiomenat mukaan lähtöiltana. Ystävällinen ja asiansa osaava henkilökunta. Ystävällinen omistaja, joka selkeästi haluaa huolehtia vieraiden viihtymisestä.

Very friendly!
The location was great, staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean and more updated than the photos show. The breakfast for €15 for 2 people is more than enough food for 2 people and it's delicious. Very easy check in and check out process. The price is also very good for the size rooms you get!

Definitely book the superior one bed apartment with sea view. Beach on your doorstep, sun beds free if you buy something from the bar but if they know you’re staying there they don’t hassle you at all. Lovely staff from reception to bar staff to cleaners.

We have fallen in love with Crete & thank Eden Hotel & all the wonderful staff for making our holiday amazing! Do not think twice, just chose Eden Hotel & you with have the best time. The apartments have everything you need to self cater, they are spacious with comfy beds and air conditioned so you have a great sleep. They are very near to the supermarkets plus they are near many great restaurants on or near the beach. We had the best meals at such reasonable prices. The pool is big & very clean and we never had a problem finding sunbeds. The hotel is right on the beach. Sunbeds at Sebastian’s are free if you buy a drink throughout the day which is great & the staff there are also great with 2 happy hours a day! The gardens are well looked after and we even had the delight of tasting the peaches and pears straight from the trees. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Anything you need or queries you have the team are there to help and make your holiday perfect. A special thank you to the cleaning team who do a great job at keeping the entire place spotlessly clean with daily cleaning of the apartments & fresh towels daily. Also a special thank you to George, from the reception team who helped us create the best trips in Crete from how to visit Chania, the water park, Balos beach, exploring Crete by Quad biking & recommending the best restaurants. Nothing was too much & the team even ensured our late check out was smooth. We miss Eden Hotel & can’t wait to return

Entdeckungsreise im westlichen Kreta
Alles war sehr angenehm, der Empfang und die Freundlichkeit top. Der Stand ist direkt vor dem Hotel und wird nur sehr langsam tiefer, also ganz ideal für kleine Kinder. Die Anlagen um die Gebäude sind sehr gepflegt, das Hotel liegt abseits der Strasse, so sind die Nächte sehr ruhig. Zu empfehlen!

I have nothing but great things to share about Hotel Eden. It all starts with clean and spacious apartments just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Crete! The people were wonderful and so helpful during our stay. A special shutout to Nikos -he was absolutely amazing and so dedicated to make sure everyone had a pleasant stay! Rustic and charming
Dont expect any fancy-pancy, but A rustic and charming greek hotel with the basics you need to have a great vacation. The location right by the Beach are really Nice, and the pool-area between the hotel and the Beach has plenty of lounge-chair. The hotel take pride in its lush almost tropical garden with plenty of blooming flowers and many fruit-trees. The gardener is really Nice, and goes out of his Way to make you feel welcome. Do to Covid-19 rooms are only cleaned every second Day, but you Can have your pool-towels changed whenever you hand in the first set. There are a handfull of local restaurents close buy and almost as many grovere-shops. One wish: a ventilator for when cooking, cause the greese-smell lingers in the rooms forewer. We might very Well come back to this sometime in the future.

A relaxing place to stay
The Eden is sited in a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees and just metres from the sea shore. The apartments are immaculately clean,spacious and well equipped and perfect as a holiday base. Sitting on the balcony hearing the waves rolling onto the sandy shore or walk down to ground level and use the swimming pool or a few yards more and plunge into the warm Mediterranean, There are dozens of restaurants within easy reach and a regular bus service into Chania or in the opposite direction towards Platanias,The Eden is a lovely friendly hotel suitable for everyone,

Koselig og hjelpsomt vertskap. Vi hadde en veldig fin leilighet med havutsikt. Renholdet var det ingenting å utsette på. Pluss med basseng for barnefamilier samtidig som det var kort veg til strand. Supermarked, busstopp og restauranter rett i nærheten av hotellet. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit.
