Best view
Stay here for the view, one of the best in Santorini. Breakfast served in your room rather than the restaurant area, perhaps because end of season and a bit chilly in the shade first thing. Choose time and meal one day before. Food was good with a decent choice. Could have done with more coffee though. Our room had limited wardrobe space or drawers, whereas our friends room had a double wardrobe. Comunal areas were nice. We would go back again inspite of a few issues. Depending on your room, stairs down are above the room and can be noisey early in mornings or late at night.

This property is truly spectacular with exceptional service! Absolutely breathtaking and incredibly relaxing. Walk to Fira for nightlife was doable, but a decent walk.

Incredible property. Wonderful value. We stayed in the Cave apartment. Two queens and a twin, two bathrooms. Perfect for our family of 4 with older children. johnna was a wonderful host!

The place is amazing! Great caldera view. Hotel staff are very friendly . The only thing is the inconvenience of getting the paper checked out for breakfast selections everyday to the reception . Otherwise, we have a great time.

I stayed here with my friend for about 2 1/2 days and we loved it! We had an amazing experience and would definitely come here again. Joanna was very helpful every step of the way. She gave us recommendations of things to do on the island and answered any questions we had immediately. Breakfast was also really good. It’s a beautiful stay with breathtaking views and quality service so I would definitely recommend staying there!

Emplacement parfait à l’écart du bruit de Fira, mais toujours accessible par l’autobus de la ville (1.60€ de Fira). Haut perché sur les falaises de la Caldera, la vue est incroyable: de jour, au coucher de soleil et la nuit. Direct sur la route piétonne qui mène de Fira à Oia: une randonnée à faire absolument! Le déjeuner servit à la chambre est délicieux. Les hôtes sont très accommodants et réactifs. Un stationnement gratuit est disponible à moins de 200m et de nombreuses petites épiceries sont à distance de marche. C’est possible de rejoindre Fira à pied en une vingtaine de minutes, mais faites le détour par le rocher Skaros. Seul point négatif, la piscine est très petite et le resto de l’hôtel était fermé lors de notre visite en octobre.

Die guten Bewertungen sind absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich erhielt ich ein Zimmer mit Problemen mit der Abwasserleitung. Das ganze Zimmer hat nach Fäkalien gestunken. Daraufhin wurde Reinigungsmittel eingeführt um den Gestank zu übertünchen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein. Es gibt massive technische Problem in der Anlage. Es riecht oft nach Abwasser in der gesamten Anlage. Warmwasser gibt es nur über einen Boiler. Mann muss eine halbe Stunde warten, bis die zweite Person duschen gehen kann. Und 30 min vorher den Boiler anmachen danach wieder ausschalten. Das Frühstück muss am vor Tag bestellt werden Und eine feste Uhrzeit ist anzugeben. Keine Flexibilität. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Das Hotel ist nicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen und nur über einen steilen Abhang mit vielen Treppen zu erreichen. Drum herum gibt es nichts in der Nähe des Hotels. Die Bar hat völlig überteuerte Preise.

This is a beautiful proprty with a fantastic location right on the edge of the cliff with a fantastic view of the caldera and sunsets. The location is very quiet as it is near the end of Imerovigli. Joanna and the staff were terrific. We enjoyed our stay in every respect and will definitely return whe we are able to get back to Santorini.
