The parking space has two entrances that one of them is steeper but the other one is an extremely easy road to use. Dear Emelie, we thank you for choosing our hotel although you found your accomodation lacking. We will adress the issues one by one. First of all, nowhere in your reservation or in your requests you have asked for a double bed. Trully, you were accomodated in a room with two single beds as , as mentioned before, you didnt ask for a double bed. Then on, the shower does not leak water on the floor. Before your check in, the shower was tested and no issues were found. After your check out the shower was tested and we found out that the siphon was leaking water because it was filled to the brim with sand. We had to call for a hydraulic in order to unclog the siphon. During your stay, you did not mention to us about those issues although you were asked if everything was okay. The shower area, is characterized by many as very comfortable and spacious so your comment trully surprises us. Moreover, your stay at our establisment was just two days long and by your review you make it seem like you have stayed for far more so at to accentuate the flaws you seem to imagine huge. Again, we had no remarkation from you that those flaws even existed and the water in the shower could have been fixed during your stay if you had asked us for it. We do not believe that such a review is comptelely unbiased and that it is completely unfair and undermines what we have to offer as a hotel. We thank you once more for choosing our hotel. Firstly, is the issue with the prices at our pool bar. It's not possible to compare our pool bar to other establishments, as the prices are not only morphed by the quality of drinks and food but also by the surrounding area which is not even comparable to other bars or restaurants in the area. Secondly, we do not believe that any of our staff, under any circumstances were rude or not helpful as we have been working with them for years and they are more than happy to fully help anybody! Truly, we have told you that it's not possible to bring your own food and drinks at the pool area or the playground or any public areas of the hotel. This, has nothing to do with the owner but with common sense. Not only we will have a huge issue with taxation if you bring your own food and drinks or items that are purchased somewhere else to this area but it is also a bad manner and we will explain to you exactly why. Imagine owning a restaurant or a bar and people just come to your establishment with their own food and drinks that they have purchased somewhere else , use your chairs, your tables and leave their garbage behind, all of these without purchasing nothing. Of course, you would be extremely frustrated and that's not without a reason. We, as the staff are not put into a difficult situation by doing what we have to do in order to preserve our job's integrity and the hotel's well being. The issues that you have pointed out are not representative of the score that you have given to our hotel, as they are almost minimal with what our hotel has to offer.
