Uudehko hotelli aivan ihanalla hiekkarannalla. Aamiainen todella hyvä ja huoneet suuret ja hyvin siistit.

Ihana kokemus merenrannalla!
Hotelli oli siisti ja kaunis, sijainniltaan erinomainen, kulkuyhteyksien sekä ostos-ja ravintolapaikkojen lähellä. Huoneessa toimi kaikki moitteettomasti, oli siistiä ja tilavaa. Allasalueelle paistoi huhtikuun puolessavälissä aurinko iltakuuteen reippaasti, joten altaaseenkin tuli pulahdettua, minne oli helppokulku ja puhdas vesi. Vieressä oleva oma rantapoukama oli tuulinen huhtikuussa, mutta niin kaunis aamusta iltaan ja omat rantatuolit oikein mukava lisä! Lisäksi asiakaspalvelu oli verrattoman hyvää! Asiakas huomioitiin nopeasti, ystävällisesti ja toiveet huomioiden, jopa enemmän kuin olisi ajatellut näin ei-sesonkiaikaan! Kyllä ehdottomasti suosittelen!

Siisti hotelli rannalla
Asiallinen palvelu, upea sijainti viihtyisällä rannalla, kelpo aamiainen, siisti ja moderni yleisilme, viihtyisä huone, upea näköala merelle, tosi rauhallinen sijainti, kiva parveke viihtyisillä parvekekalusteilla, ja mukava sänky. Miinusta siitä, että kaikkia paikkoja ei oltu pyyhitty pölyistä, ja keittiötilassa oli käyttökelvoton naarmuuntunut paistinpannu eikä lainkaan kahvin- tai vedenkeitintä, muu välineistö OK. Huone ja hotelli ei ollut "vau", mutta se oli siisti, viihtyisä ja ehdottomasti hyvää kolmen tähden tasoa. Olimme iloisia, että valitsimme hotellin.

Nice small hotel
We were in Kissamos in April 2013. Nautilus Bay hotel was a positive surprise. Everything was clean and new. One thing I would perhaps complain was the pool which location was not perfect. It stayed in shadow already quite early in afternoon. They should also consider to install a wind shield to the sea. We had a terrible cold wind coming from the sea and made sun bathing almost impossible. But others than that....very good hotel - 4 stars is correct.

Modern family run top class hotel
This hotel is great value for money and caters for both self catering as well as full range of dining options. The staff are very welcoming and will do everything to make your stay a great one. It is a modern well designed hotel which will be demand as the developments around it are completed. The beach is a selling point and access to shops, bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance.

Amazing staff and hotel!
The hotel manager and bar waitress were absolutely amazing people. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was exceptional! We stayed here to go to the pink beach and it was a crazy mountainous drive and crowded but the hotel made up for that in their amazing view! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Great Beach Stay
Nautilus bay was a wonderful place to stay in Crete. Our room was large and had a big patio outside. The staff was great. The breakfast, both the food and restaurant views were excellent. The weather was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to use the pool or beach chairs and umbrellas. It was so quiet and relaxing there. It a short walk to the restaurants on the waterfront on downtown Kissimos.

We had a beautiful room over looking the ocean. A beautiful breakfast set up in the morning. Maria was just a doll and helpful with tips of great restaurants to go to and completely prepared us for Balos beach by ensuring we wore shoes and not flip flops! Best advice! Isabella was also very sweet and knowledgeable. Very nice property with wonderful service! Thank you Maria and Isabella!!!

Being on the beach meant not having to take anything with you, just stroll back to the room. Or order from the bar and they bring it to you on the beach where they had numerous sunbeds with shade. Dont usually do hotels but this had the best of both worlds with a fridge and hob, plates cutlery etc and kettle in the room if you didnt want a full restaurant or bar. Our first room was VERY close to the pool which made for some kiddy noise but they swiftly moved us up a floor which was great. If you have kids it is very easy to keep an eye on them in the pool, just that we dont. People were all lovely a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Nell' insieme hotel sembra ben tenuto,ma vivendoci ti accorgi che il bagno è datato così come il climatizzatore.La camera è caldissima ma di notte non puoi mantenere il climatizzatore acceso perché troppo rumoroso e neanche la finestra aperta perché la strada sottostante viene usata per raid con moto o auto.Inoltre il letto viene quotidianamente ricoperto con le stesse lenzuola,tirandole su !La colazione è molto semplice con personale svogliato

No tuvimos más remedio que reservar este hotel porque hotels.com nunca nos informó que Mesogios estaba cerrado, no nos ofrecieron una solución, ni tampoco el hotel Mesogios. Este hotel tiene un poco de olor fuerte porque está al lado de una cloaca que sale al mar, y no es del todo "on the beach" como está publicitado por hotels.com, pero la gente es muy amable, el servicio bueno, y las instalaciones están bien. Tuvimos en términos generales una estadía correcta en este otro hotel.

Super friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable king size bed and spacious room, ac, functional kitchenette, swimming pool and lovely sea view and hotel guests had free use of lounge chairs with umbrella on the beach. Great tavern with authentic cretan food, located right next to the hotel with sea views. I would book this hotel again if I was going to stay in Kissamos.

Nice location for exploring west Crete. Kissamos is like a zoo for cats and my daughter loved feeding them. This hotel is situated on a nice stretch of sandy beach too.

La struttura sembra nuova ma in realtà è un po’ datata. Sembra usurata o fatta con materiali scadenti. La grande pecca è il bagno. Dopo la doccia, fatta in una vasca, dello scarico posto al centro del pavimento del bagno fuoriesce tutta l’acqua con il sapone. Il lavandino è molto piccolo e poco profondo. Non puoi appoggiare nulla sopra. Per quattro ci hanno dato 4 mini mini flaconi di sapone. La piscina è bella peccato che al pomeriggio è all’ombra così non la puoi usare. Accanto all’albergo c’e Una buona taverna con il lido di fronte, accanto a questo c’è un piccolo spazio per l’albergO. Non c’è molto a Kissamos se non il porto per la crociera a Balos. La colazione dell’albergo non è male, dovrebbero migliorare la qualità della frutta offerta.

Bar a bordo piscina molto carino ed economic, personale molto gentile. come zona é perfetto, comodo per tutta la parte ovest dell' isola

Liked inside the room and the staff. Didnt like the view from the room, yes there was sea but you have to look over a community basketball court with grafetti. Also the canal was being dredged during our stay.
