Nice apartment with private swimming pool.
Nice apartments with swimming pool that has "private" feel to it because it is in inner yard, guarded by other apartments. Good beach is within easy walking distance (about 100m) and you need to go from "backdoor" between other hotel and football field. Showers need just a little renovation like a holder for shower head. VERY NICE and helpful hotel keeper. When we will come back to Crete, this will be our choice again.

Wifi toimi hyvin, pieni tv, huone tien vieressä, mutta myös sisäpihalla huoneita. Ystävällinen palvelu, Huoneessa keittiö varusteet ja jääkaappi. Lyhyt matka Agia Marinan kauppoihin ja ravintoiloihin. EI ihan hälyn keskellä. Oma parkkialue, tosin melko ahdas.

Really nice hotel for both kids and adults
We had a great stay at Perla Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful letting us know how to get around and letting us stay a couple of hours longer the day we went home letting us use the pool and showers before leaving for the airport. Nice pool are with sun beds, possibility to stay in the shade, a shallow part of the pool that is sealed off and a 2,3 m deep end perfect for both kids and adults. This is hotel is close to everything you need, restaurants, super markets, the beach and bars. If we ever go back to Crete we will definitely stay here.

My kids and I had a 1st floor room with small kitchenette, balcony over looked the street. 3 small twin beds. I was at first concerned about this location but quickly realized it was more than fine. The area was quiet for a bustling main street and the balcony had just enough privacy and sunshine. The property is well maintained and very clean, although very basic and simple. Room items like tea/coffee/sugar/water were not automatically replenished every day but they had no problem providing upon request. I think this is pretty standard around the area, they aren't about waste on Crete. Not one person bothered us at Perla Beach and we ended up having a phenomenal stay. Pool was small but well taken care of and refreshing for kids and for cooling down. Beach was a short walk around the soccer field in back, no beach front chairs here so bring a towel or blanket to set up for the day. Beach was beautiful. Strip was loaded with shops and markets and restaurants. We loved it, would most definitely stay here again.

Pretty complex with nice pool. It is close to beach, bus stop and lots of restaurants. Large room with kitchenette, a/c, and balcony with chairs and table overlooking pool. Only four negatives: 1. Adjacent twin beds not particularly comfortable; would have preferred a double bed with a mattress pad. 2. Loud guests partied at 2 AM one night In pool area, seemingly unmonitored by management. 3. No place was provided outside to wash sand from beach off our feet before entering our rooms. 4. Bathroom shower about two square feet with shower curtain too short to keep water in. Shower head is a hand held device with waist high bracket. Thank goodness for drain in the middle of the bathroom floor.. Gotta have a sense of humor when booking hotels in this price range.

Koselig og passe stort hotell med basseng. Be om rom mot basseng, så slipper man støyen fra vegen. Serviceminded personale som hjelper til med å booke både taxi og lege. Enkeltrom med nok plass til 3 personer. Litt lite bad og, som vanlig på Kreta, litt hard madrass, men det lot seg fikse også. Kort veg til stranda og de beste restaurantene i Agia Marina. Butikker og minibanker rett på andre siden av vegen. Bussene til Platanias og Chania har stopp rett utenfor hotellet.

Great stay in Perla Beach
Perfect stay in a nice 3* hotel with everything needed for a great vacation. Highly recommend. A/c and safe box in every room and housekeeping is great. Best part is location, as its couple of steps from the beach as well as restaurants and shops are also close by. Swimming pool is clean and nice. Very happy with the stay and truly recommend this hotel :)

Not far from beach but need to walk past football pitch to get there. Takes less than 5 mins. Studios clean but basic, staff friendly and helpful. Luckily we had it to ourselves for a week before any further guests arrived! Local Kantina cafe/bar excellent for breakfast and lots of places to eat near studios.

Η θάλασσα είναι αρκετά κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο (υπάρχει ένα γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου ανάμεσα), η οποία είναι φανταστική και ιδανική ακόμα και για μικρά παιδιά! Υπήρχαν όλα σχεδόν τα είδη για μαγείρεμα, πολλά ντουλάπια στην κουζίνα (ιδανικά για πολυήμερες διακοπές, για φύλαξη τροφίμων). Άνετο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Η καθαριότητα καθημερινή και πολύ καλή. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι ο ήλιος κρύβεται από νωρίς πίσω από το ξενοδοχείο κι έτσι δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις στην πισίνα μετά τις 6 το απόγευμα (αλλά και πάλι υπάρχει η θάλασσα πολύ κοντά, που σώζεται η κατάσταση).

Rymligt rum och nära till stranden
Bra hotell med nära läge till stranden. Stort rymligt rum kändes bra men bytet av handdukar kunde gärna ske dagligen. Lite besviken med området i sig då det finns en stor bilväg som passerar längs agia marina och barnen fick vara fastspända i vagn hela tiden. Dock så är stranden väldigt barnvänlig.

Enkel og god standard. Vi fikk rom ut mot veien og opplevde noe trafikkstøy. Det burde vært gjort oppmerksom på dette ved bestillingen. Forøvrig stille og greit på hotellet, trafikkstøyen neppe er noe problem på de av rommene som vender ut mot svømmebassenget. Godt renhold og hyggelig betjening.

Περιοχή καταπληκτική στο κέντρο με τα πάντα δίπλα,το διαμέρισμα πολύ καλό μεγαλύτερο από αυτό που κάναμε κράτηση στην ίδια τιμή,καθαριότητα καθημερινή και οι παροχές πολλές.το προσωπικό άψογο και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό!! Οι ιδιοκτήτες του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ότι καλύτερο θα μπορούσαμε να συναντήσουμε, πολύ φιλικοί,εξυπηρετικοί,ευγενικοί και μας έκαναν δώρο φεύγοντας τσικουδιά!! Τέλειες διακοπές ειλικρινά, το συστήνουμε σε οικογένειες ενεπιφυλακτα!!αν και πολύ μακρυά για μας,σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε! ! Καλή διαμονή στο perla beach chania!!

Huonoa: Henkilökunta ja palvelu
hotel comodo sia alla spiaggia che ai ristoranti.
lati positivi: bell'hotel con piscina pulita, parcheggio, wi-fi. camera spaziosa con aria condizionata, frigo e piccola cucina, comodo perche' a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti di agia marina. lati negativi: il rumore della strada nelle notti piu' vivaci, la pulizia della camera appena sufficiente, il bagno veramente scarso per lo standard della camera ( noi avevamo una maisonette veramente ampia e graziosa con terrazzino vista mare) . da migliorare assolutamente il personale dell' hotel , assolutamente inesistente per qualsiasi tipo di indicazione, informazione e/o necessita'.
