Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel.

We went on our first all inclusive holiday with our 10 month old baby. We booked a family sea view room so there would be some space to sleep away from us - and we could go and enjoy the terrace at night still right beside her when she slept, The hotel location is fine if you have a car, the staff throughout are outstanding, the alcohol is some bizarre brand of spirits which I didn’t enjoy, the food was basic but fine. However, we booked a double bed for 9 nights and had 2 singles throughout which was disappointing- and despite us highlighting that we had a baby and wanted a room with a bath rather than shower this was ignored. Overall, an excellent stay and with some minor adjustments would be perfect!

Please spend more time training your staff!
It is obvious that the hotel staff have not received adequate or correct training! The management of the hotel must tell the staff at the reception desk that it is so rude and unacceptable to record customers’ bank card info without their permission! Your staffs at the reception desk are essentially the face and voice of your company as the guests first interact with them and for this reason, they play an extremely important role in the representation of your hotel. You should devote more time training them! Also, ask the cleaning staff to check the towels to make sure not to replace the towels with some disgusting and dirty towels! (However one of the staff at the reception desk was kind and professional enough that he brought the new towels himself and apologized) Overall it's a very nice hotel with poor management and undertrained staff!

Excellent hotel, brilliant staff and facilities
This is a great hotel all round. The facilities are excellent, rooms are comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Everything is well maintained and spotless throughout, even the beach. Covid-19 measures are sensible without being overbearing. We stayed in a Double Room but the bed was more like a super king and really comfortable. The hotel had all the facilities that we would have hoped for and more. The pools and bar at the hotel serve a good range of food, drinks and cocktails in addition to the bar and restaurant within the hotel itself which serves a varied selection of good quality food. This hotel differs from others in Kiotari in that it is located slightly up the hill from the main road. The advantage to this being commanding sea views and a peaceful setting. The slight disadvantage being a bit of a walk to and from the beach (~10-15mins). However the hotel has this covered by providing a free shuttle service which runs regularly (every 30 mins or so) throughout the day. The drivers are friendly and punctual and the vehicles can't have been more than a year old and, much like everything else in the hotel and grounds, were kept spotlessly clean. A particular highlight of this hotel is it's beachside facilities which are shared with other Princess Hotels in Kiotari where food, drinks, sun loungers and shades are provided as part of the all-inclusive offer. There are also water sports activities available at this beach.

We had one of the best stays at Princess Sun Hotel . The room and view was excellent, food amazing and the whole service was a 10 for us. The entertainment for the kids was amazing and we do recommend Princess Sun Hotel to anyone

Très bon séjour, nourriture bonne et variée, très bonne animation, personnel sympathique. Belles piscines, mini club et club ado. Dommage la plage est en gravillon et la navette pour s y rendre peu agréable et complète enfin de journée pour le retour.

В отеле есть много плюсов и много минусов. Жили в номере стандарт, очень рационально подобрана мебель. Мне было очень удобно, что в ванной есть подсветка, не нужно включать свет ночью. Хорошо, что есть две раковины. Вкусная еда на обедах и ужинах. Мест у бассейна хватает всем, в отличие от многих отелей не нгкжно занимать дежаки рано утром, на море тоже достаточно лежаков. Явные минусы: стоимость интернета. 35 евро за неделю - это грабеж! Поставьте платные развлечения (автоматы)для детей, и вы получите эти же деньги. Отель ориентирован на французов, и все это знают. Но если шеф-аниматор принципиально не замечает никого из туристов других стран - это хамство чистой воды. Эту дамочку нужно убрать и поставить шеф-аниматором шефа спортивной анимации, он более адекватный и лояльный в общении. А Максиму и Вике нужно более активно работать с туристами, не только сидеть с ними за столами, но также делать больше мероприятий, привлекая туристов т разных стран. Вообще,очень странная политика в отеле: есть французы и есть все остальные. Из отеля некрасивые виды, смотреть на овраг не очень приятно.
