Wonderful Hotel convenient for Rhodes Old Town
Excellent hotel which is very convenient for Rhodes Old Town. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality but it is the calibre and friendliness of all the staff that makes it really stand out. This a gem of a hotel which I would highly recommend.

Excellent place, staff and atmosphere.
Perfect place between old and new Rhodes, almost next to Grandmaster Palace. Fantastic swimming pool. Thank you Evangelos Badis and your wonderful staff! Thank you for all the smiles! We enjoyed two weeks of rest and relaxation in excellent accomodation and atmosphere.

Rodos Park a recommended base for the Old Town.
Amazing hotel. Location 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Rhodes. Welcome drink on arrival. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Requested change of pillows as need a firm pillow, this was done with no fuss. Lovely view of the old town walls from the balcony of the room. Very atmospheric. Staff very helpful and friendly in the pool bar, the breakfast service and reception. Reception staff helped with booking of tours and taxis. As requested. Had a very good lunch by the pool. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the old town so plenty of choice. The archeological museum is very interesting and you can get a ticket which also admits you to 3 more buildings within the Old Town. We took a coach to Lindos to see the acropolis. Would suggest you read about visiting before going as it can be very busy at times and there is a steep climb with around 250 steps. We would certainly return to Rhodes and definitely book the same hotel again.

Average to very high price (overpriced)
Good location in quiet area, still very close to town, beach and buses. Had a (very expensive) suite for a week, nice room but dated and in need of speedy refresh, upgrade and improvements. Broken glass-doors, curtains felt like from the 80s (and unclean), fridge was so small you could not press a water-bottle in, quite big balcony but just 2 uncomfy cheap chairs, nowhere to hang wet towels and swimwears. Breakfast room to small for all guests, not enough tables to accommodate all guests, breakfast a bit poor (compared with other hotels in the area). Prices in restaurant and bars was ridiculous high, 4 double the price for a bottle of water than in nearby hotels. Probably why the hotel was empty in the evenings, very boring to be in a nice designed bar, and splendid roof-top bar, without guests. Staff did what they could, barman Manolis is very nice and supportive, felt really welcomed by him. Plenty of unused space to remake/reuse for the benefit of the guests (like the spacious unused library). Luxurious boutique hotel feeling is not about highest price, but highest quality of services. Guess the pandemic hit the hotel quite hard.

a fine hotel that is made great by amazing staff
this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are fine, although the room isn't very big, pillows are a bit flat, a/c wasn't very cool and we had a problem with the shower door our last morning, but the location is excellent...easy walk to the port and to the old town, but most of all, the staff is amazing...they make this a great hotel! Special shout out to Christiana and Kiki, and to George and to Adonis, and to Irene in food services...and there are others...who made our stay memorable and something we'd LOVE to be able to repeat.

A fantastic place to stay near the old town
My stay was fantastic. I really enjoyed the pool area, the breakfast was great and being so close to the old town was magnificent. The people who worked there were also so welcoming and nice. I talked a bit with Antonina who showed me the room, and she did everything perfect. Told me all relevant info, gave tips and was very nice. The man I assume was the boss (I don’t remember his name) is also a guy who just spread joy among the people who work there and the guests. There was a nice live concert which I enjoyed greatly. I recommend this hotel!

I really loved this hotel! It was exactly what I had hoped for an even more! My friend and I had a very bad experience beforehand at another "5 star hotel", and we ended up here, which was the best thing that happened! Lovely staff, SO SWEET and helpful, nice and quiet place and not many children, so it was really peaceful by the pool almost every day. Breakfast was good, there were a lot to choose from, and so nice staff as well! The bread was quite boring, but that could easily be changed! Remember to try the galaxy roof top bar! So nice also and great drinks! The room was nice and clean and we had a fine view! Great cleaning as well. This hotel is really close to both the old and new city and not far away from the beach either! Even though the pool was enough for us! If I had one thing to mention it would be the restaurant and the prices for the food.. very expensive, and we tried so many other places that were a lot cheaper and better.. Overall, I would definitely book at this hotel again and recommend to everyone!

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always ready with a smile. It was quite pricey to eat or drink at the hotel. I would have used it more for that if the prices were a little lower

Rooms were comfortable and fairly large. The whole hotel was a pleasant haven. Service was without fault. Outside restaurant was great and the breakfasts were excellent. Hotel is in a great location to the walled city of Rhodes (5-8 min walk). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Do cordial atendimento do pessoal, ainda que não nos dessem late check-out, apesar do hotel não estar sola out! De qualquer forma, pudemos deixar nossas malas e depois utilizar o banheiro do spa para nos vestir. As instalações são limpas e o café da manhã bom, com variações diárias. Quarto confortável, porém pequeno. Banheiro limpo. A localização - perto da cidade antiga - é excelente.

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is impeccable On their website they advertise that they have available parking: they don't, you need to park on the street, this is false advertisement.

Love this place and its staff. It is perfectly located between old and new. The staff are amazingly friendly always prepared to share local secrets. The property has a hint of old work luxury. Although opulent, it could probably do with a decor makeover. It is very comfortable and clean.

We paid for a deluxe double room which we were told had a view of the old town but it only had a view of the main road and had no sun on the balcony at all. The pool itself was lovely but there were hardly any sun beds actually in the sun as it is very shaded by trees. Good facilities, lovely breakfast and good check out service as you can leave luggage and shower in the spa if you have a later flight. Cocktail roof bar is amazing although very pricey.

Perfect!
Really recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing stay with the benefits of the bars and restaurants of the old town. The location's perfect, just a short stroll into the old town but you can also walk to the beach and the modern side of town too, and about 30 minute drive to the airport. They upgraded our room which was nice, so we had a bigger balcony. Pool area is really nice, decent sized pool and some trees to give shade if you prefer that, and a lovely sitting area too. It's a very calm and tranquil hotel. Breakfast buffet had a lot of good options. The best thing for us was the service, everyone was impeccable, friendly and helpful. Little touches like bringing you watermelon by the pool were really appreciated, and letting us use the spa to shower before catching our late flight after we'd checked out.
