Not for light sleepers
Breakfast 10/10 with views. Absolutely no sound proofing in rooms, there was a baby crying across the hallway and felt like it was in our room. Good location for going to the airport. Nice staff in reception.

Hotellista vain hyvää sanottavaa. Henkilökunta aidosti iloista ja hyvin ystävällistä sekä palvelualtista. Siisteys huipputasoa ja hotellihuoneesta näkymät ovat loistavat. Aamupala hyvin maukas ja runsas niin kuin myös ravintolan annokset. Allasalue tarjoiluineen ja maisemineen huippu. Kaiken lisäksi hotellilta on ilmainen kyyditys puolen tunnin välein keskustaan ja takaisin. Voin ainoastaan suositella hotellia. Täällä kaikki toimii.

Hyvä hotelli kaupungin ulkopuolella
Olimme viikon lomalla Haniassa ja olimme hyvin tyytyväisiä hotelliin. Henlilökunta on erittäin ystävällinen, saimme apua ja neuvoja aina tarvittaessa. Aamiainen on runsas ja monipuolinen. Hotellin ravintola on muutenkin eräs Hanian parhaista, eikä hintataso poikkea kaupungin ravintoloista. Kiitos Roula ja kumppanit hymyilevästä ja ammattimaisesta palvelusta! Ilmainen kuljetus vie kaupunkiin puolen tunnin välein. Ravintolasta, meren puolen parvekkeilta ja allasalueelta on huikeat näköalat vuorille ja kaupunkiin. Kuntosali kaipaa päivitystä: Tarvitaan ainakin vapaita painoja ja siistejä jumppamattoja. Nykyisellä varustuksella tila on käyttökelvoton. Kuitenkin, pikemminkin neljän kuin kolmen tähden yleisvaikutelma.

Sea and town view
Multiple positive things surprised me in the hotel, as I booked it just for one night due to airport closeness. So, I returned back in the end of the vacation week. The hotel locates up on a hill, hence the view to sea and town is amazing at pool and balcony. Free parking and well organized free transportation to/from city centre (shuttle bus by booking). Nice pool area and good pool for swimming, well water was quite chilly in October. Breakfast is the best I have eaten in Crete Hotels, it is buffet with good quality and many alternatives. Also mattress quality is better than normally in hotels. Definitely coming back. Only minus is quite clumsy customer service in reception in case man in duty, but already used to same behaviour in grocery shops in Greek.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, ja suht moderni. Aamupalalta upeat näkymät. Allasalue hyvä, ja huoneet siistit. Aamupala hyvä. Miinusta huonosta äänieristyksestä huoneissa, ja sijainti on melko jyrkän ylämäen päässä. Hotellilta kuitenkin ilmainen kuljetus keskustaan.

Easy going and beautiful hotel
Magnificent hotel! Room was clean, nicely furniture and there was a-c. Seaview room was beautiful just for the view from the balcony. Bathroom was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, it make you eat next time just until late afternoon. Hotel was like 4 km away from the Hania center, but it didn't bother us, because there was free shuttle bus to the city and back a whole day. Restaurant at the hotel was good and portions were huge. I can recommend this hotel everybody!!!

This hotel was up on the hill looking over the city. The view was spectacular. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a free shuttle to downtown very regularly through the day. We look forward to returning to this hotel some day.

This is an amazing hotel. Set on a hill high above Chania. You will not get a better view, and never get fed up of looking at it. Access to town is simple and provided by a regular shuttle. The staff on reception, in the dining area, on the shuttle bus are amazing. Nothing is too much for them. The pool area is great, again, views to die for. Quiet, and relaxing. Cannot recommend it enough.

Comments on hotel are misleading, be ware of this. Check in was not a pleasant experience, the lady at front desk was annoyed from the moment I approached the desk.Requests about VIP perks were brushed off, not recognized or not available. The place was practically empty. The initial room provided had mold on the roof of the bathroom. The second room had the same issue and the third one was apparently all they had available. There was mold in there as well but not as visible as it was in the other two. It had clearly been painted over. My reservation was none refundable so I endured. The gym is dated and it was in a mess when I walked in there after check in. Decided not to go back in there. My room was cleaned daily but bring your own towel if you must stay here. The towels house keeping kept leaving me after the second day should be retired. The rooms are not soundproof, any movement or sound in other rooms could be heard in my room, as a light sleeper this was challenging. After an attempt on the behalf of Expedia to assist, I was magically provided wine and a plate of fruit mid stay. Even though the hotel is old, there is soo much potential but it’s poorly maintained. The wall papers in the three rooms I saw was on their last leg. Attention to detail could go a long way. The restaurant on 3rd floor had great views, service was slow but I didn’t mind. The staff in the restaurant were polite and the food was tolerable.

We enjoyed amazing views over Chania from our balcony and restaurant. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus made it easy to get into town during the day and evening. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I didn’t like how it was dealt with it.
I liked the place but it I have couple of points to comment on. First the walk to my room was extremely dark, and it was really scary to walk to hallway. Second, as I was in the room and taking a shower, someone opened the door and left the door open. I called the front desk and she asked me 3 times if I am sure that this happened! Why would anybody lie about something like this. I asked her to check with the cleaning lady, she did and called me back apologizing. But that is very unprofessional because why would she try to get in on the first place, how is she not informed that there is a customer in there. Then since she opened and saw that there is somebody in there, why d didn’t she close the door after her. It is just a very unprofessional incident that scared me a lot.

Fantastisk utsikt over byen, men en del støy
Hotell som ligger en kort kjøretur på 20min fra flyplassen. Vi booket kun én natt her da vi skulle videre, og ønsket et hotell med badebasseng for å slappe av. Kjempefint uteområde med stort basseng og senger. Ett pluss at det var «skyggeplasser» om man ønsket det. Vi bestilte hotellrom med «delvis sjøutsikt». Helt grei standard og størrelse. Ble litt skuffet over renholdet på badet, da det virket litt skittent og det var hår i dusjen…. Rommene er ikke lydtette, så vi hørte alt fra folk pratet i gangene til når naboen tok seg en dusj. Frokosten var absolutt god. Vi spiste middag her også, den stod til forventningene. Eneste å trekke på her at det vi ventet lenge på servitøren og vi måtte nærmest huke tak når vi først fikk muligheten. Alt i alt et fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt over byen, men noe dårlig rengjøring og mye bråk fra gaten og generelt på hotellet trekker det ned. Én natt var mer enn nok for oss.

Das Hotel ist rundum schön. Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer. Und der Ausblick vom Restaurant aus auf die Stadt und das Meer ist das Highlight! Der kostenlose Shuttle Service in die Altstadt macht auch die Entfernung zum Zentrum wett. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
