Semiramis City Hotelli
Hotelli oli mielestämme hinta laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen. Hotellin koko henkilökunta, joiden kanssa saimme olla tekemisissä olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Varsinkin koko ravintolan väki sekä myös hotellin siivoojat ovat erityisen kiitoksen arvoisia! Huoneemme oli siisti ja moderni sisusteinen ja se sijaitsi remontoidussa hotellin uudessa siivessä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja valikoimaa oli riittävästi. Meidän hotellipakettiimme kuului myös illallinen, joka oli myös ihan ok ja maittava. Voisimme kyllä palata kyseiseen hotelliin mielellämme uudelleen!

It was more dirty then expected, ecpecially the floors and bathroom. Too much dust. Too noisy room. Breakfast not bad, more options could be better. Positive experience: they were very polite. Most disturbing were the noises from neighbours, especially from bathroom.

Overall the hotel was very good, nice facilities, friendly, helpful staff and good food options. The first couple of nights at the hotel were very noisy due to a large number of teenagers staying at the hotel.

Hands off this hotel I had the worst hotel experience so far in this accommodation, so we broke off our stay there after only 2 nights. - Walls as thin as paper (every word from other rooms, the hallway can be heard - door serves only to "delimit" the room). Sleepless nights are pre-programmed (audio example attached or on Google). - Hotel for party guests. Young people came back for the whole night and vomited regularly in front of our door. - Deep smell of sweat in the bed from the previous guest (extremely unpleasant feeling while sleeping) - Mold infestation in the rooms - Room size extremely small, shower barely accessible - Towels with heavy stains and musty smell - Breakfast buffet tastes catastrophic (egg seems to come from the microwave, bread hard, bacon almost raw) Upon inquiring request to cancel the remaining 5 nights, I was told I was welcome to leave and the money for an entire week was withheld. I actually rarely write reviews (if there is nothing to complain about, you don't need to), but should you decide to stay here, you will remember what I said. The positive reviews are not comprehensible - I would rather go by the negative ones and suggest you to believe my words and not make the same mistake.

Nevertheless, we would kindly like to oppose the perception that is published.Following the in-person meeting with our Guest relations our front office desk managed to reallocate you in an upper floor as requested. No signs of vomiting were captured.Additionally, I personally inspected your room and there were no signs of stains or musty smell. Pictures were also sent in your travel agency. At Semiramis city hotel we follow strictly our health and safety protocols as we are certified by Cristal Internationals. I am afraid that the pictures shown do not seem to be a proof of our facilities.As our Guest relations kindly explained to you, cancellation fees are applied as usual when there is no rational justification of leaving the hotel premises.Consequently, the sharing of our hospitality for over 50 years and the creation of a family friendly atmosphere are the key components that keep bringing repeaters and loyal guests in our premises. Very modern and clean Hotel, lovely friendly staff and very good buffet breakfast included. We had a partial sea view with balcony and its worth paying a little extra for that. Parking is not site but plenty of safe parking around. Room service daily and clean towels every day. Only 20 minutes walk to marina and old town, very close to all the tourist attractions.
