On the other side you mention a few drawbacks during your stay. Regarding your room we must mention that our guests have the oportunity to change room according to availability and there is a wide range of rooms across a land of 2,7 hectares for guests to choose from according to their needs. At the pool bar each guest can be served two drinks per time and this is to be able to serve in the best and fastest way our guests wihtout them having to wait in a queue for a long time. Bottled water isn't included in our all-inclusive services, tap filtered water is always available for our guests. Sun beds are available at the beach and if a guest requires information our reception desk staff is always willing to give any guidelines a guest could require for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. We are thinking about moving the hotel by the sea next season but due to some technical problems this might be postponed for the next years...
