”An older Sheraton. Not as updated and higher end that I'm accustomed to when staying at Sheraton hotels. Had to pay for parking in an open non-secured, uncovered lot. No reason you should need to pay. Breakfast is not included and very pricey. Tucked away in a neighborhood so nothing is close by. Sheets and pillows were mediocre. Disappointed with my stay here.”

”We had an awful experience here, starting with the check in process. After taking 15 minutes to check in the employee could not code the key card correctly for us so we never received a copy of the key card for our room. Luckily we were only staying one night.
The room itself was dirty, dark black hairs on the bedding and there was writing on the sheets. There was no soap in the bathroom and the room had a smell. ”

”They have signs up that they are renovating... however... reviews from last year say the same about renovations. The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend? I will not stay here again. Lots of other hotels to choose from in the area. ”
