”I arrived early and was met with the sweetest front desk staff, who ensured the room was inspected and properly cleaned since I was there early and they were just finishing up cleaning from checkout. Both, the manager and customer service professional were so kind, courteous, and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend this location for any of my colleagues.”

”Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.”

”Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.”

”The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!”

”Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here”

”We love staying here. Close to amenities in White Plains as well as train station to NYC. Aberdeen restaurant in the lobby is top notch Chinese food!”

”Overall, it was an okay stay. The hotel itself was fine, but the staff weren’t the friendliest — especially the man at the front desk in the morning, who came across as quite unfriendly. Other than that, everything else was decent.”

”Stepping from the exterior of this roadside strip motel is like stepping into a modern, attractive room at a bigger name hotel for an amazing price. My only complaint is that (all kinds of) noise travels between rooms, but the trade off was being able to come down from New England for a day of adventure in NYC and have a good rest before driving home. Actually, we discovered the Westchester County area has a lot to offer in its own right and explored before our return drive. We slept through...
