”Staff was friendly and try to accommodate the hotel was clean and I didn’t hear any noise. The downsize is it could use some updates and I was on the first floor in which I asked not to be on the first floor but a good hotel nonetheless.”

”The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

We also enjoyed the valet, they were prompt and easy to request our car right away via text. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall ”

”When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. ”

”I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it ....
