”It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back.”

”In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished....

”The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

”I enjoyed my stay rooms are very clean comfortable bed pool and hot was good also buffet was breakfast was good staff very nice check in was easy and fast ”

”Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM.”

”I would definitely stay here again- free parking, clean, well appointed rooms, decent, free breakfast- we did have some trouble with keys not working. The two women who staffed the front desk on Friday and Saturday night (March 27 & 28 were wonderful- personable and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.”

”Staff was great but very disappointed that the lounge/ bar was not open on a Saturday night. I booked this hotel specifically for the late food/ drink option. We were in town for a nearby basketball game and was looking forward to the convenience of getting a late night snack and drink back at the hotel with my family. Would have like to see that when I booked that it was closed and not advertised as an amenity. ”

”Writing Great stay at this hotel! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. One of the best parts of the location is how many great restaurants are within a short walk — all within about 5 blocks. We had so many options including Italian, Indian, Colombian, and even a Brazilian steakhouse nearby. It made dinner plans easy every night. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy having lots of food choices close by. Would absolutely stay here again!”
