”Only one burner works on stove, sheets in one bedroom has stains across it. Sent images to chat. Nothing to wash dishes with. There was soap but no sponge or rag. Could have had the porch and floors swept better ... I understand its a beach house but the amount of sand was a little much. No broom to at least brush the porch down to help with the tracking into the cottage. The link to the guidebook didn't work...a hard copy binder would be helpful.”

”We arrived on a 92 degree day with a lot of humidity and the air conditioner was completely broke - it looked like it was pulled off the building - due to the extent of the damage it was unable to be repaired and we had to wait til the following day for a room air conditioner - which did help cool the entire area but there was not a super knowledgeable person to install it so my husband ended up doing the majority of the install - which again the problem was resolved and we received a small...

”The location of this cottage was perfect for a beach vacation. Right on the sand and water Beautiful view. However there was no screen on the front door except a torn up cloth thing that did not work so unable to leave the door open to enjoy the beautiful view. Very inconvenient going in and out allowing swarms of flies to enter Bedroom doors did not close. One bedroom had no mirror while the other one had two. Toilet seat in very bad condition. I would return if the cottage was fixed up. I...

”We enjoyed our stay in Cabin 4. Access to the beach was great, and the cabin was clean and had all the basic things we needed. Our only complaint was that the floor, while swept clean before our arrival, was in dire need of a deep scrubbing. It was grimy and left our feet feeling dirty (again, I’m not talking about sand here). Other than that, we were very content with our stay and were thrilled that this property was dog-friendly. We’d give it a B overall.”
