”I arrived in the afternoon,tired and didn’t pay attention to the property. Nothing was wrong to my brief observation.”

”This hotel was very clean, and the check-in was very easy. The hotel rooms are very nice.”

”The property is old and it shows it. Old Inside and out. Very small shower. Old sheets and pillows. Bring your own pillow. However, the staff was extremely friendly.”

”Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it.”

”Overall a great hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok considering everything was cooked in a microwave.”

”The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that.”

”Horrible just horrible, don’t waste your money. Smelt like cigarettes, bugs crawling, hair on the bed, sheets were not changed. Bathroom disgusting. Just nasty.”

”Rooms were spacious but needed updating. I also felt like they could’ve been a lot cleaner. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.”

”Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

”Hotel is located within a 8~10 walking distance from cafe’s, groceries, and casual shopping; quite convenient. Enviromental is quiet, good surrounding neighbourhoods. Ideal for business and leisurely travel lodging. I would stay there again.”

”The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and...
