”Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

”The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.”

”The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!”

”Horrible just horrible, don’t waste your money. Smelt like cigarettes, bugs crawling, hair on the bed, sheets were not changed. Bathroom disgusting. Just nasty.”

”The office smelled horrible as did the person checking me in. Upon entering the room it smelled bad also. The floor was deteriorated laminate and was extremely sticky. I wouldn’t walk on it without my shoes on. The toilet seat was falling off and there was no toilet paper(or even a dispenser) anywhere in the room. The dressers were in horrible shape, like ones people put in their yards with a free sign. There was no soap or tissues anywhere in the room. The wall mounted air conditioner was...

”Just awful decent for regular stays if you manage to get in I was 20 booked a room got accepted came back a month later booked again through the same ecpedia site and got told no because of my age but didnt do their job right in the first place. Just disrespectful aswell”
