”Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

”Just awful decent for regular stays if you manage to get in I was 20 booked a room got accepted came back a month later booked again through the same ecpedia site and got told no because of my age but didnt do their job right in the first place. Just disrespectful aswell”

”The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and...

”This hotel was very clean, and the check-in was very easy. The hotel rooms are very nice.”

”Very comfortable, spacious room, great bed, quiet. Bathroom sink had loads of counter space, shower was great. Staff amazingly helpful and smiling.”

”Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. While they were able to use the one in our room, anyone without traveling with others would have to wait.”

”We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again!”
