The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. ”

”I rented a private room for myself. This meant I had four bunk beds and an en-suite to myself for £40. It was very clean and actually quite quiet and the check-in was super easy and friendly. A much better deal than similarly priced hotels I think. Thanks!”

”It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. ”Great and quiet location. Excellent facilities with a kitchen and a living room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The stairs were steep and narrow, which was a bit of a challenge with big and heavy luggage. It was also a surprise that the private bathroom was two floors down from the bedroom. Delicious breakfast was served in the nearby cafeteria. Definitely worth the price.”
