This condo is walkable to downtown Greenville, and only a 5 min walk to Bon seccours wellness arena and 12 min walk to downtown main street where all the shops and delicious foods await you!

We offer 2 guest parking passes for this unit. Parking is right on the street facing the correct way on either across or in front of the unit. There will be a 450 dollar fee if the parking passes are not replaced or returned when guests leave.

We provide 2 parking passes for up to two cars on the street.
