Relaxing and tranquil
We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quite home which sits on the end of a Cul De Sac, and backs up to a beautiful nature scene. We enjoyed listening to the singing birds while sipping our coffee in the mornings out on the porch. The owners thoughtfully put mirrors in each bedroom above outlets, which was nice as we had 3 women getting ready at the same time. We have friends in Greenville and will plan to stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for
We were in the area because we are selecting a builder for our retirement home. I must say your lovely porch made us rethink our original plans. The house we clean, well equipped and close enough to the airport. We heard owls calling each other from the backyard woods and that really made our evening. We would stay here again. Thanks for the coffee!

Comfortable, Clean, Cozy
This home is a gem. The screened porch is the perfect place for relaxing, reading, drinking your morning coffee, etc. The home was very clean. If we are ever in the Greenville area again, we will certainly check the availability of this home. I would like to commend Laura, who was our contact with the home. She was very responsive with any questions. We had a wonderful stay.

Quiet and close to everything
We loved our stay! Near everything, so quiet in cul-de-sac with porch overlooking wooded back yard. Originally booked another property with this owner but a problem occured at the property and the owner quickly notified us, offered 2 more properties. A great choice for us and we loved this location better than the first. Everything we could want was there from walkin shower that I could put my stool in to great sofa and TV. Bed California king was comfortable and lots of closet space. Washer and dryer just of living/kitchen area a plus. Great room with beautiful kitchen and bar in same room, table prefect for 6 + table on porch. Coffee for us! Beautifully decorated. Seating on porch great views but would suggest thicker cushions. But didn't stop our enjoyment watching wildlife under a covered porch even in the rain. Another suggestion would be rail on front steps. Owner was great. So helpful and discounts for week stay and military discount made us feel welcomed and so affortable. We discovered Greenville & surrounding towns and ate great food. Will visit again and stay at this property. Hats off to Laura and B5 we loved it!

Felt like home
Such a great place to stay. It was my mom’s 80th birthday and we took a trip to the area to remind her of home a little. The place was so well thought out and had all the needs ready and available to make the stay feel like home. The back patio area was great and basically every room was perfectly decorated. We almost wanted to hang out in the home more than go out and explore the area. We loved every minute. Thanks for making it a great trip!

Fall break
Went to Greenville for granddaughter's university fall break. We loved it! Your home was such a comfortable place. We loved the enclosed porch. Since our granddaughter is a freshman there's a good chance we'll be back in Greenville. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property is in a very nice location, easy check in process, good communication from the owners, and the porch is a great place to relax in. Exactly has described. If you are looking to stay in the Greenville area, this is the place to stay!

We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and well furnished. We loved the back screened porch. Most evenings were spent out relaxing on the porch. The small "woods" in the back yard really added to that coziness. The beds were a but springy but nit uncomfortable. Had all the fixtures of home.

Centrally located near everything, but still had a quiet neighborhood feel. Nice screened in porch with ceiling fan let you enjoy the nature without the bugs and staying cool. House was nice and had plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Surface clean overall. No welcome message or communication from the host before we arrived but the info was on our invoice. They were responsive when the internet went out and helped fix the problem. Had a helpful information booklet. It was not clear in the listing that laundry detergent wouldn’t be a part of the laundry room. It wasn’t listed but didn’t say not provided. There was a small amount left by a guest. The host said they don’t provide when I let them know it was out. Overall all good communication when there was an issue. No extra communication. Trees and forest were nice. Good experience overall.

What a wonderful property, right in the middle of everything. We found the home to be clean, well appointed, and the location was perfect. Located minutes from everything we wanted to visit, restaurants, shopping, parks, and the mountains. Hope to visit Greenville and this property again soon.

We had an overall nice experience. The property was clean and the water pressure was nice. The mattresses could be replaced with more comfortable ones but otherwise it was a nice experience. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. We’d stay here again!

Great access to quickly travel around town and lots to do nearby. Host was available to answer questions in a timely manner. Neighborhood was terrific and the back porch was awesome. We ended up spending more time enjoying the porch than we had planned. Would stay here again for sure.

Clean and Quiet - Nice Stay for Gals
Stayed here for a friend's 40th birthday girls trip in Greenville. The house was very clean and accommodating. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby, and a short uber ride downtown. HabiTap up the road has great food and beer!

Nice, private and well laid out house.

Great location for a Greenville getaway
We great enjoyed our time. Just the right amount of space for our family. Living room and kitchen was a bit chilly, even with thermostat set at 72, but to be fair, during our stay Greenville was have record temperatures. The one night the low was 7. We lived in Greenville for 21+ years and I don’t remember it ever being cold like that for several days. I think many houses were struggling to keep up. Communication was excellent and much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice quite neighborhood that is close to everything. The outdoor room was very tranquil. Well stocked with pots, pans ect. The owner responded quickly with our check in question. Only negative was the bed in the master bedroom. It was very uncomfortable and springy.

Great location and very clean.

Comfortable Home with a great back porch!
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean, and well-appointed home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we spent a lot of time on the back porch. It was so peaceful with lots of trees and gave you the feeling of being in a cabin in the woods. Communication with the host was good and they were quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again.

The property was very nice, easy to access everything we wanted, quiet. Loved coffee on the screened porch. Bathrooms could use skid resistant mats and appliqués in the hall bath. Grab rails would be useful. Full length mirror needed in bedrooms. Hand rail at front door. Sweep back steps.
