Welcome to Azalea Place, a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch-style home located in a premier East Greenville neighborhood just 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, and walking distance to the Pavilion Recreation Center (ice-skating in the winter, and tons of Greenville Recreation Fields).

Our home is complete with a newly remodeled kitchen, two living areas, and a large screened in patio that separates the yard into two areas-- the pool, and the backyard space.

Looking for a wonderful place to gather with family or friends? Look no futher than Azalea Place, our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home complete with a patio and pool.

Our neighborhood is right near the Greenville Rec Center, which you can easily walk to on the sidewalk lined streets.

Parking can be found in our driveway as well as on the street in front of the home. Once inside you will find:

-Formal Living Room-
Right inside the front door is our formal livng room, perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a sofa, two armchairs, plush area rug, side tables, and reading lamps, all in front of a picture window.

-Dining Room-
Our dining room has 2 long benches and chairs on each side. Additonal leaves are in the laundry room in case you'd like to add a bit of length to the table. A large gold chandelier sits above the table, providing a nice space to enjoy a meal.

-Kitchen-
Our kitchen has an open area with a coffee bar space and then continues to a galley style layout. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze.

-Living Room-
Off of the kitchen, and on your way out to our lovely patio, is our other living room, featuring a sectional sofa with ottoman, a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services), and gas fireplace. This room also has 2 skylights, which give it a great, well-lit feel.

You will also find your pool towels here, as well as a guestbook to fill out to document all your fun memories.

-Outdoor Space-
The Living room leads to a large, screened in covered patio, complete with string lights to add that extra special ambience.

We have an outdoor dining table with a bench and 4 chairs, as well as a hammock chair for you to enjoy.

There are two exits to the patio. The right exit leads into a fenced in yard area, and the left to the fenced in pool.

Our pool reaches 7ft in depth. We also provide 3 lounge chairs for you to enjoy. Hedges on the far side of the pool ensure privacy as you enjoy this amenity!

-Master Bedroom-
The Master bedroom is at the back of the home and features a King bed, 2 night stands, reading lamps, a closet, and a refinished dresser.

The attached master bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and glass stall shower.

-Hall Bathroom-
The other bedrooms share a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination, double vanity, and toilet. A sky-light also serves to brighten up the space.

-Double Full Room-
Across from the master at the back of the home is our double full room. It has 2 full beds, a night stand, reading lamp, closet, and desk area with a built in bookshelf, where we have left a few books for adults and kids to enjoy.

We have also provided a work lamp, desk chair, pens, and highlighters for your use.

-Queen Room-
Right next to the Double Full Room is our Queen room, which features a Queen bed, nightstand, reading lamp, closet, and upholstered bench.

-Double Queen Room-
At the other end of the home in a converted garage is our Double Queen room. It is accessed from the kitchen area and also has an exterior door.

This room features 2 queen beds, nightstand, reading sconces, a refinished dresser and mirror, and a small rug.

We can't wait to welcome you to this amazing stay at a beautiful home in the heart of the Eastside of Greenville.

Pets are welcome with a one-time fee, which is charged during booking or requested after.

Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
