The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, cabinet for shoes, two nightstands, and 2 closets. Enjoy the 55” Roku TV. there is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a closet, a desk with a chair, and a nightstand.
The third bedroom has one queen bed with a closet and a nightstand with another dresser.
We offer initial supplies of the following: cups, sugar, creamer, flavor Syrup, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning essentials, and various amenities.
For each guest, we provide 2 towels for the duration of their stay. Guests on extended stays may be responsible for their own laundry, but we can arrange for cleaning and laundry services during your stay for an extra charge if requested in advance. Please note that starter supplies will not be replenished if they are exhausted during your stay.

- Guests have access to the entire home, save one locked cleaning closet.
- Wi-Fi Password will be given in the instruction notebook.
- The garage is accessible but not cleared for parking- We can accommodate parking if needed.
Other Things to Note:
The home is intended to be used for smaller groups that enjoy the peace and quiet of the quaint neighborhood setting. No parties or loud music permitted.
We value your privacy and there are no cameras indoors just outdoors. Disabling, tampering with, or attempting to block the view of the camera or disrupt WI-FI may result in the police being dispatched and your reservation being canceled without refund.
Please do not leave windows open or unlocked when you are not present. Please remember to lock the doors to your vehicle.
PARKING:
Driveway parking. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes when parking on the street. Please do not drive through the lawn.
DAMAGES:
Please report any damages immediately upon discovery. We will always try to be reasonable and work with our guests when accidents happen. Damages due to reckless behavior or violating house rules will incur replacement costs plus a $250 fine.
