”I had two night stay at Radisson Red O2 to attend business meeting in city. When I arrived two (polite) people at reception did not know if I had paid my reservation or not, which I had done weeks ago.
When I got the room, bathroom had really bad sewer smell. I reported this three times but nothing happened. Shower was coming apart as well and was quite a hassle to use. Some of the common spaces were little dirty but overall feeling was clean(ish).

”Quality vs price this hotel was more than I expected! Very clean and tidy rooms and environment, decent FREE breakfast, good WiFi and nice staff. Everything worked very well and I would recommend this hotel 5/5 anytime to everyone.”

”No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

”A very complicated way from the Airport.
First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus.
The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help.
A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple.
I never would stay there again.”
